This company is BOTTOM OF THE BARREL - WORST EVER!

This company is BOTTOM OF THE BARREL! Do NOT order from this company!! I ordered comfort lift bras before COVID even started and it took MORE than a month to receive them. From CHINA!!!!! Once I received them it was clear they were NOT US sizes and HORRIBLE quality. The hooks show in the front if not on the last clasp. This was not identified in their pictures. I opened one individual package and determined right away that they were NOT what I thought I ordered. I immediately put it back in its bag with the others and did NOT try them on. They are in the same packaging I receive them in. I immediately sent an email for a return, and what do you think this stellar (NOT!) company's response was? That they are not obligated to authorize return. Very simply DISGUSTED with Meadde. DISGUSTED.

Actually sent 7 emails

Actually sent 7 emails. I ordered bras in April, still have not received them, all I get back is a formatted auto letter every time. 0 stars! I am so angry. I even asked for a refund but got no response. I have nonidea what to do now because conveniently there is no phone number for customer service! Scam for sure! Do not buy from them!!

Ordered bras paid for them. Never received them. They continue to take money out of my credit card. Every 2 weeks. They wont respond to any of my emails

They have charged me again for June of 18.47. I have sent several emails and even called and NEVER get any assistance. NOw I have to deal with Bank of American to see if I can get my money back or how to keep them from keep charging me, This company will steal your money Stay aways

SAME!!! I've been getting charged sometimes twice a month of that BS 12.48!!! Thank you to everyone's comments! What a crappy company to be taking advange of people especially with all that's going on! I hope they get shut down!!

I need everyone in my circle of friends and family and anyone else who will listen to not do business with Meadde.com. my wife ordered from them because they seemed to have good products at a decent price. She used the size chart on the site but after a month of waiting when the product came in it wasn't even close to the right size. Further more, by the time it came in, the company had already charged me for the next month's shipment. Evidently they put me on a monthly shipment that I did not ask for. I contacted customer service and explained all of this and they notified me that due to covid-19 they are not taking returns. They also told me we should have used the size chart (which I had already told them I did) and they offered me 50% in store credit. (I won't spend another penny with them) as far as the reoccurring shipments I was told that I just needed to go on their site and cancel it which I now have after being charged 2X for $12.48. I don't usually boycott companies but they didn't even seem to care that they are doing bad business and I would like to warn anyone that I can.

Unimpressed with the product

Unimpressed with the product, and I specifically unclicked the subscription. They have charged me 3-4 times for a subscription that I DID NOT WANT and made sure it was unclicked. I FINALLY got the bras, which are all supposed to be the same size, they are not, some with more than a 2 inch difference around the rib cage. There is little to no support, but hey, live and learn...I guess I have new bras for overnights (because lots of middle age women have sleepovers...) I wouldn't care so much, but now I've paid for a subscription I don't want, and if I was supposed to get "free" things, where in the holy heck are the free things? Ridiculous

They keep charging me every month!

I bought bras from this company and received them. I did not like them but kept them as I am not big on returning things. I want to WARN PEOPLE about this company. Since the initial transaction, my account has been charged 19.22 every month for two months. I did not sign up for a bra subscription and so far no one answers the phone number provided by my bank. And I have not gotten a call back after leaving several messages. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMANY!

I ordered a bra

I ordered a bra, which I have not received on April 21st, 2020. I paid $20.98. I went to and looked back on the website and seen comments of SCAM. I faced the my irresponsible online ordering and just figured I was out 20 bucks. Now I have 2 debit charges on my account from this company of $18.47 on today June 11th 2020 and on May 25th, 2020. I demand a refund. I will file a transaction dispute with my bank and be sure that this company is branded as a SCAM!! I don't know how you think is okay to take money from people during these times. I don't have funds seeping from my pores. Shame on you and may you and yours get what you deserve a nice cozy spot in HELL.

I order 4 bras

I order 4 bras, received 4 bras, but they are definitely not as advertised. There is absolutely no support for these bras. I may as well not wear a bra, about the same support. I have tried contacting them several times, with no response. I wish I would have seen these comments before ordering, I am probably out my money now. SMH, guess I will learn from this huge mistake. Buyer beware.

I should have done more research

I should have done more research on Meadde before ordering. I ordered on April 24, 2020 and just received them today, June 6, 2020. These bras come from China. I followed my order from the moment I got the tracking number. They don’t tell you until after you order it can take up to 45 days to get your order. The bras are a somewhat comfortable fit. They are tight around the band but lose in the shoulder. These ARE NOT for big busted women. They are more for the average size woman. The elastic that you cross is not as wide as they show in the picture therefore they do not lift at all. They will be good for wearing around home doing yard work.

Heads Up Buyers

So anyone that shops through this company needs to be advised that you somehow sign up for a VIP Subscription when you buy anything. They have yet to respond to if they were refunding it. I told them multiple times in several emails that I wanted it refunded. They were trying to convince me to stay and enjoy the new monthly item every month. Like no dude I haven’t even gotten my first purchase yet. I told them that I purchased my items April 28th 2020 and have yet to receive them, but it’s been all over the United States via the tracking app. Mind you it’s June 5th 2020 and it says it’s only a state away now. They said to me in an email that I sent them right after purchasing my product, because I wanted to know when it would arrive since there was not an estimated delivery date. Well what they said is that it’ll be at my home 20 days after it has shipped. It said it was shipped maybe 4-5 days after I ordered it. It’s been well over 20 days. Now let’s see if I received all of my products that I purchased and if they’re even the right items or if it even is delivered at all. I only bought from this company because I seen so many people on Facebook comment that they got the same product it was shipped fast and etc... if I would have known I would have purchased it from Amazon and had it by now.

Company is a scam

My husband ordered two bras but only received one. He emailed them several times with no real response. Now his card was charged another $12.00. This company is a scam. Beware!

Do not purchase from this company

Do not purchase from this company. It is a nightmare. They refused to give me a refund for the items returned. They asked me to take a photo of myself wearing the bra, and they would give me a credit of 25%. They charged an additional 18.47 to my credit card company without my permission and said it was for me using their online website. They said I can buy something else from there online site at 50% off. I gave reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as reporting my card as stolen and disputing the charge.

I would have given them no stars but…

I would have given them no stars but didn't have that option. I ordered from this site at the end of April and haven't gotten my order. I used the tracking number they provided and it says it was delivered over a week ago. I email the company because there is no way to get in touch with them by phone and they tell me it is in transit and then try to take more money out of my account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE IT IS A RIP OFF.
