Great Customer Service from Franklin

1st time we’ve had a problem ever…
After placing a fair few orders over the last few months via the Mealzo app today we finally had a problem with one the items in our order which really surprised us as the takeaway we ordered from we have had excellent food from before on all our orders with them.
So for the very first time I had to contact support and was handled by a lovely person called Franklin. They were extremely helpful and friendly and totally understood the problem and correct the problem within minutes. A truly 1st class experience

Refund was Quick and Easy
I needed a refund on a cancelled order, and Franklin made it very easy. I sent the order info and within a few minutes they confirmed that I would get a refund. I appreciated how quick it happened too. Thanks Franklin!
