I had placed an order that never arrived. Spoke to a very nice gentleman who provided an email address to claim a refund.

Easy to contact
It was easy to contact an actual person once you have been through the chat bot as long as you are happy with messaging rather than talking. I needed a refund on an online delivery I never received but was still charged for and the first person I spoke to said they would look into and get back to me but I didn't hear anything so I contacted them again and Brian was able to resolve the issue within the hour and said he's issued a full refund
