SCAM!!!!

Ordered hand warmers 6 weeks before Christmas 2024. Was originally charged $25 more than stated on the order confirmation. Was refunded $14.99 and that was the last I ever heard from this scam company. Have disputed the charge with my credit card company, who is disputing the charge with PayPal. Never received the 2 sets of hand warmers, now 2 months after ordering. Scam company! Do not trust anything from them! Shame on them for jilting honest people of their hard earned money. There’s a place for you waiting in hell.

This company is a scam. Ordered a product the first of November and still have not received. They refuse to refund my money. Keep telling me to be patient. Absolutely a rip off company. Don’t do business with them.

Ordered hardwares on November 2nd for a birthday gift still waiting for tracking number that verifies item shipped now it's December 2nd birthday party has past don't need them anymore they will not cancel my order or refund my card stating the item has been shipped but still no tracking number don't recommend doing business with this outfit bunch of bullshit lies

Been waiting over 5weeks for my order. Customer service is just a recorded email. Very disappointed. Do not recommend anyone doing business with them.

I ordered a multimeter in June of 2024 and have yet to receive it. It is now August
I suggest this site is not used because I believe it to be a scam site.

Horrible scam company. Items not advertised and will not offer full refund, but plays games hoping you'll give up on getting your money back. Hummingbird feeder is a piece of garbage and I later realized a failure of a knockoff of an American product. I received a worthless and unusable product.

This company is a sham, run by scammers. First issue was a 25% “sales tax” added to my order as an unauthorized charge. I immediately brought that to their attention and requested that order be canceled and a full refund issued. I got the 25% fraudulent charge back, then nothing. I had originally ordered 4 Hummingbird feeders in April for a birthday in May. Sent numerous emails requesting cancellation to no avail. finally in July, I received the product, reached out again to find out how to return and get a refund and I have been ghosted. THE FEEDERS ARE CHEAP PLASTIC AND DO NOT REMOTELY RESEMBLE THE AD MDSE.
Do not do business with this company or their alternate company (I’m assuming) as INGENIOUISI.com did the exact same thing on a different order on the sales tax line and complaint response handled identically.
PayPal was no help as they said I received the item and closed the case.

I ordered 2 ‘3-packs’ of hummingbird feeders off an Instagram ad which had a lot of innovative features to solve some of the hummingbird feeder problems such as insects, ease of cleaning etc. after three weeks of no movement, I requested to cancel the transaction. The feeders arrived a week later and were nothing like the Instagram video. The company name in my PayPal was now a different company, but I opened a dispute. They deployed a few stall tactics and changed the company name again, offered a $15.00 refund, offered to accept me paying to ship them back for a refund, offered $22.00 - the order was $95.00 for 6 and would cost $60 to ship back to china. I’ve escalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal, but wanted to rate them in the mean time. I can’t find the original Instagram ad with he original company name I ordered from. The company name Meanwhiley became vieqp Co.,Ltd and today is communicating under the name WaoHallo Co., Ltd.

Ordered 4 hummingbird feeders, originally charged more than original price. Advertised antmote to keep out ants & bees, NO antmote. Holes for the hummingbirds are big enough to feed large birds. Handle is very flimsy. No response from customer service after 3 attempts.

Ordered 4 hummingbird feeders. Took months to arrive. Not one of them is usable. The design is poor so that the handle pieces do not fit together and the handle does not fit on feeder. Materials are poor quality and fragile. Going in the garbage. Way over priced

I ordered five of the hummingbird feeders. NONE OF THE FIVE ARE USABLE. They did not send the disc needed to close the feeder hole around the handle for any of them. I have contacted them multiple times, and have now seen other complaints about the same issue. A total waste of money and terrible customer service. I am so upset that i have five feeders that cannot be used in any shape or form.

If I could give them a zero I would. Total scam. Hummingbird feeders are extremely cheap. The hanger will not even fit in the feeder. The feeing holes are extremely big and bees can easily get in. One feeder was even broken. I paid $46.09 and they offered me a $6 refund. Avoid this product.

The hummingbird feeder does not have the ant moat as described. Quality is for the dollar store. The ad price was 16 but somehow thru checkout I was charged 32. Customer service is ridiculous; bots and no actual guarantee. Offering only a $2-6 refund vs the site says 100% guarantee. I disputed thru paypal then escalated to paypal. They found in my favor and refunded the full amount!! Now that product site is down and they changed the language on the other products.
STAY AWAY from them and report thru Paypal if you did buy from them.
Also file with the Federal government complaints. econsumer gov

--Belongs in a dollar store...
--I complained that it would not assemble but after jamming the middle rod into the bottom, I was able to put it together.
--Is only $10.98 on Amazon compared to their $19.98
--Takes 3 weeks to arrive (late for Father's Day)
--They tacked on another $5.66 for some kind of tax of which I emailed them and they said it was an error and refunded my money to Paypal.
--Does NOT have an ant mote.
It's made with really cheap plastic that seems fragile. I literally thought the thing wouldn't hang bc I didn't want to force the middle rod into the bottom, so after complaining to them back and forth in emails they said they would give me $4US dollars back. I will wait for the refund and if I don't get it, I'll remind them...Here's their email: paypal@editdee dot com

I ordered the humming bird feeder months ago and still not received it. I was ordering for Mother's Day and that has done passed. When I texted them they said it was on the way. That was 3 months ago

This company is a SCAM. I ordered the hummingbird feeders and actually received a product BUT… there is no ant moat, there is no mixing chamber, and the hooks don’t attach to the feeder to hang it! Completely unusable junk.

Ordered the hummingbird feeder and after several weeks, I prodded them with (what I suppose now was bogus) shipping information. Then they changed all the shipping information and said the package was delivered via USPS. I get a notice every day of what is delivered by USPS and there were no packages delivered anywhere near that timeframe.

I ordered the Hummingbird feeders off this company and after 6 weeks of waiting and bogus tracking I have resigned myself to the fact that this is a SCAM. Whatever anyone does do not order anything from them.

overcharged sales tax by over 5.00 dollars. would not cancel order same day I purchased. no communication to get product cancelled . I complained to PayPal but they could not get my refund back as well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHIBG FROM THIS COMPANY . FRAUD,FRAUD
