First they overcharged me. I told them they overcharged me and to just cancel the order the day after I ordered the hummingbird feeders. They said it was too late to cancel and to trust their product. I kept asking then they expedited and I get the package. The package came from:

I open it up and the Hummingbird feeders are not the ones I ordered. There was NO built-in ant moat in the feeders. It was just a big empty space where the ants could go straight down into the hummingbird food.

I emailed them that this is not what I ordered and why. They responded with this message:
Dear Customer, We're sorry that you're not satisfied with the package you received. According to our company's return policy, we can refund you, but there are two conditions. 1. You need to return the original package, please send the tracking number and the picture of your returned package (show the return address) 2. Once we received the package and checked if the product is in good condition, we will refund you as soon as possible. You can return to the address: 205, Building A1, Bada Industrial Zone, Yongfu Road, Fuhai Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Since the return requires you to bear the high freight, would you like to keep the product? We can compensate you $6.Please advise. Thank you!

I wrote back the product was mailed from the USA State of New Jersey. That I did not get what was advertised. That I had tried to cancel it the day after it was ordered and I wanted a 100% refund. Waiting on them to respond.

I only received 1 out of 5 items. Nothing else was delivered!! USPS tracking number said the order was put in my mailbox, but only the 1 item I received could fit in my mailbox, not the other items with the size of hummingbird feeders, solar fountain, and lighted watering can. I was trying to dispute with PayPal, but because USPS shows through tracking it was delivered in my mailbox, my dispute was denied. I canceled PayPal because they weren’t helpful, plus I got completely hacked after this happened through a fraudulent PayPal email. No one responded from my emails to this Meanwhiley company, and I can’t find a customer service number anywhere!! Plus they overcharged me $23 from what my original order amount. I will never order from anywhere I’m not familiar with again!!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered over a month ago and same story as the rest, still in China somewhere. That is according to their “tracking number” which is probably bogus. Sold as a Mother’s Day deal. So maybe by Mother’s Day 2025 I will receive. What a scam. Asked for refund, but they will not. Meanwiley gets a zero.

I ordered the hummungbird feeder over a month ago and I still haven't received it. Horrible customer service, just BS computer responses. If they had -☆ that's what I'd give them. I've requested a refund but they refuse.

This copy is a FRAUD with horrible ignorant customer service. First off, like another customer they tried to jack up the price $6.00 calling it tax. I finally got a reduced correct tax. Received the Humm Feeder and I was missing the "ant mote". I contacted customer service and the politely bullshitted me saying they will be back to me. They texted back saying they can't fix it and they'd offer a refund. The refund was $2.00 of which I paid $19.95 +frt. I will report them to the BBB if that even does anything.

Same experience as everyone else it seems. Charged more than advertised, paid for vip shipping, countless emails with a tracking number that goes no where. Do not order. Scam for sure.

Scam. Ordered hummingbird feeders on May 9, still sitting in "processing" and they do not answer messages. Tried to cancel, will have to dispute with credit card.

Similar experience as previous reviewers: ordered a hummingbird feeder from a Facebook ad as a gift. Order confirmation from them was one price and then I was charged through Paypal a substantially higher price. The price difference was due to a 25% sales tax. What?? I contacted customer service and told them to cancel my order due to their shady business tactics. Thankfully, Paypal got my money back. Seems that these people like to overcharge their customers in hopes that the customer doesn't catch it or doesn't bother to follow up to correct it. Nice business model. What a bunch of lousy scammers. Stay away from these thieves.

If I could give these guys a negative number I would. I ordered the hummingbird feeder on May 3 and it has yet to arrive. I contacted them several times and they said it was already in transit. Once I did get an email saying it had been shipped the tracking number didn't work. Will attempt to get my money back.

Terrible customer service.
I was charged significantly more them I agreed to during my purchase.
I cancelled within an hour after order.
I have sent SEVERAL messages.
They said it was already shipped.

Scam, they took my money and charged an extra $7 on top of the price, I ordered the Hummingbird feeder I saw on a ad on Facebook from Meanwhiley.com, I get no email or tracking number as I waiter on my order, I try to call but no number only a support email which tells me nothing. I got money back thanks to explaining everything to my bank.

Never received order number, order confirmation, or shipping. It’s been three weeks and they keep saying they let the freight know to send out asap but never provide any real evidence that shipping even exists

Sounds like most have had a similar experience. I double and triple checked my order before I purchased. Just as I was about to go to the checkout page, a $1.50 shipping insurance charge was added, took me to about $48.98. This was for three hummingbird feeders. As soon as I click "purchase" ... I immediately get a notification from Paypal with a receipt for my purchased totaling $61.22 !! i was like what the heck - I triple checked the total! it was $48 and change! they randomly added $12+ of "Tax" after I clicked purchase. So shady. Additionally, no order confirmation, no shipment tracking. I chatted with them to cancel within 90 seconds of realizing there was a overcharging error with this "tax" They said they can't cancel my order after it has been shipped, and I was like oh really you packaged and shipped my order in 90 seconds?? it's just an absolute scam. Why don't people just get actual jobs instead of scamming people, it makes no sense!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just like everyone else, I ordered one bird feeder with a total of 24.98 when I noticed that they charged my card 29.97. I went through the contact seller button and put in that there was an overcharge and got an immediate auto response that it was a 'system error' and the 4.99 would be refunded back to my card in 3-7 business days. Feel my strong eye roll. I wonder how often they get away with that extra charge. I guess we'll see if I actually get a bird feeder or not.

Like others I ordered hummingbird feeders for $49.99 was charged about $62. Tax was around $16. This was not disclosed in original cart. So then I decided to wait for the items to come in because I was excited to get them. It’s two days before Mother’s Day and no sign of hummingbird feeders.

Used their shipping tracker and received conflicting information. Not sure if it was still being processed or had been shipped, but no date for arrival.

Looked at PayPal to see if I could get a refund and they said to contact the seller. Contacted the seller and was sent several emails. Then they asked for my email address, even though it was clearly on the screenshot with my order number. So I gave it to them again.

Then I received another email asking for my phone number. This is where I stopped giving information. Hope it’s not too late and they are not trying to get my personal information. All our credit is frozen since other people have stolen our identity so many times. At this point I am keeping a close eye but on our bank account so fingers crossed.

So PayPal sent me an email this morning, refunding $16 and some change. I assume this is the tax only.

At this point, I don’t care about the 50 bucks just don’t want them hacking into my checking account. Or having to change my PayPal account that I’ve had for 20 years.

In summary STAY AWAY from this company do not buy from them. It is a SCAM. I felt confident that PayPal would protect me, but I think that’s incorrect too.

I ordered a $19 bird feeder and they charged $6 calling it tax. This tax did not show up until after the transaction was complete. I complained and asked to cancel the order. They returned the $6 but refused to cancel the order. Now I'll have to wait and see if I get the bird feeder. I'm not optimistic.

I ordered 2 hummingbird feeders, and received an order confirmation, and the amount of the charge; but a much higher amount was processed on my credit card. Avoid this business!

Ordered a hummingbird feeder (before I read these reviews). Received 2 confirmations - 2nd one was for a higher price and under a different name (same confirmation number). Fraud Department of my credit card company has cancelled my card and looking into this.

I orded a set of hummingbird feeders for $49.98 plus $1.50 for a total of $51.98, but my card was declined. When I checked, I found that the company had attempted to charge the card for $61.78, an overcharge of $10.30, so I replied that I had not authorized the charge and cancelled the order by backing up to the order page and removing the item.

I placed an order for (i thought) 2 hummingbird feeders. I paid via Paypal. The email order confirmation said I ordered 1, but I had ordered two. In the meantime, my confirmation from my credit card account (attached to PP) showed a higher amount. With the confusing order details and order total discrepancy, I immediately attempted to cancel the order. There was no Cancel Order button anywhere, so I tried various methods to contact Meanwhiley. Each time I received an email saying I had to contact the seller, with a button "Contact Seller." That, too, took me in nothing but more circles. I assume Meanwhiley wants me to give up and take what I get and paying the higher amount.
