This clip app is shit, i have 1 fps on my clips. Do not download this is very bad. This is trash. Uninstall it if you have it installed. Please do not install.

I want to be a premium customer, but their staff and support can give no sh*ts about that. They're too lazy to read a whole ticket and have absolute zero customer service at all. Very surprising it either means it's really bad management or bad hiring/training/operations. Either way, happily going to another competitor that care about the amount of customers they have and also for the company who'd go the extra mile to retain a premium user. App is too buggy compared to insights or outplayed. Thanks for the refund.

When i try to switch my hotkey to capture clips it just decides to switched to a controller hotkey even tho i dont even have a controller connected to my pc or anytinhg. I had a great expirence with medal before but not anymore.

Has a decent design and stuff BUT HOLY ITS LAGGY. I DROPPED A TUCKING 70 FPS EVERY TIME I RECORDED

Everytime i want to clip something the app just crashes and wont turn on.

Frequent policy/terms changes, limit your videos to very low quality and tiny file size (only 2 minutes per clip unless you purchase premium).

Used it for years. It's literally just Nvidia Shadow play but you actually have to install it, pay for it, and it's less consistent and has lower recording quality. Also has a tendency to corrupt your videos and make you lose dozens of clips.

I use it for almost 1 year its ok

Literally a mini google chrome in terms of ram consumption, constantly crashes and takes ages to turn off. Use something similar that isnt this godforsaken app

its so bad just download other apps audio not even working lmfao

For multiple times now it was running in background of game and when you press to save a 30 second clip it say it does but the clip is corrupted and does not work. I had enough of it , tried uninstall and same thing like 3 times . Trash software.

all my clips for the past 2 months are gone like Medal you had one job

bro how the fk do u mess up a clipping app THAT bad?? I was recording my valorant gameplay and when I went to go check my clips it is literally no where to be found. thanks a lot because i just wasted a very good gameplay on your stupid clipping app

the worst recording software you can get. Do not even waste your time. Clips corrupted, UI is so dog, and lags. Seriously don't waist your time.

I love Medal its very easy to use just click one button and boom you have everything you did in the last 2min. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars though is because to download MY OWN CLIP I have to have premium... :((

THIS STUFF DON'T WORK I HAVE 8 OR MORE CLIPS CORRUPTED Duck you medal devs. Some other clips are like frozen on one frame for the whole lenght

Want an app that consistenly sucks?

Use Medal then. Always has some kind of issue, game volume isn't right, noise supression doesn't work, some how it doesn't pick up noise, bla bla bla... This app utterly sucks, use OBS and save yourself the headache.

i simply wanted to clip a game but the program did not work like it should have just a couple seconds ago and it did not do its 1 job dont get this try outplayed
