You do what you say and it all worked out well .I am preparing some more slides but I have had a recent bereavement. As I am 82 and cannot cope with online banking it would be easier for me to pay by credit or debit card on line Thanks A J SMITH

Childhood memories brought back to life.

I was so nervous about sending off all of the VHS tapes with my childhood videos on, just in case they got lost, or weren't treated with care. I had never used MediaFix before so I took a risk.

I initially spoke with Andrew who gave me lots of information about their service, and gave me a quote really quickly. I sent off the tapes, and within a few weeks they were sent back to us, tracked, in their original condition. We got sent a link to download all of the videos which were clearly labelled, and a USB stick with all of our precious family videos on!

Me and my parents are so happy to finally be able to watch our videos again in high quality, and we will keep these forever! They're truly priceless.

I would highly recommend using Mediafix for getting your old tapes digitised. Very impressed with the service I recieved!

Mediafix contacted me whilst in possession of my films to notify me about anything that required a decision. They did not make assumptions about what I would like, but always came back to me for a decision. A job carried out well.

I found some video tapes when I was clearing out my Mum's house. I decided to get one transferred into digital format. Mediafix were helpful, prompt and provided exactly what I required. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We have used Mediafix twice now. They are very reliable, with a good website that aid selecting the many options available. Whilst awaiting the return of our Super8 films plus the converted versions on a USB memory stick (from Germany), we could access the converted films online via dropbox. The service is not cheap but it's a quality job and we would use them again.

Very efficient service with a quick turnaround. The quality of the 30+ year old video they transferred was excellent. Not cheap but certainly worth it.
