The product and service were excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Product was delivered very quickly and was a good price. The product is very durable and was very well packed. My only difficulty, was finding the item online. The Company is German based and it took me quite some time to find their UK base. Mediven Struva Fix is the name of the product, I wanted to buy, but when I typed that into the system, it kept bringing up compression stockings. I, eventually, discovered, from a staff member ,that Mediven Struva is the name for compression stockings and the addition of the word 'fix' describes the liners. It took me hours of research and telephone calls, to discover this fact. Also, Mediven Struva Fix, are not available for sale online and have to be ordered directly, from the Company. Maybe this is something the manufacturers could look into. Very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend and will buy again.
