I’ve been going to Medicana for about a year now since I moved to Ankara. From my very first visit, I was met by an amazing interpreter (Saida Aweis) I owe her a big thank you. She was with the whole time, from the laboratory tests to the doctor’s office interpreting everything for me. Everytime I’ve had to come back, I always call her ahead of time to schedule an appointment and she always gets it done and send my results immediately. The staff were all polite. I was in and out of the hospital so quickly, not having to queue up for long. I highly recommend this place.

Mayan and her team at Medicana Hospital were phenomenal. They worked extra hard to get all of my planned procedures done in a timely manner. She was even able to add an extra one that I felt would help me. The facility was great and the doctors and staff were kind and professional

I had a very positive experience at Medicana International. The hospital is clean, modern, and well-organized. The doctors and nurses were professional and attentive. I would especially like to thank Zhazira Mukhambetkazina for her amazing support. She helped me with everything, always with kindness and patience, which made the whole process much easier. Thanks to her, I felt comfortable and safe, almost like I was at home. I can confidently recommend Medicana to anyone.

I recently travelled to Turkey for two surgical procedures, one of which was an ICL eye surgery. From the moment I arrived, the team looked after every detail. The airport transfers were smooth and well-organised, and the hospital complex itself was clean, modern and comfortable.

Hannah and Hafiza were outstanding — friendly, reassuring and always available to answer questions or arrange whatever I needed. All my appointments, tests and transfers were scheduled seamlessly, so I never had to worry about logistics.

When I felt unwell the day after surgery, they didn’t rush me back to the hotel. Instead, they kept me in the hospital for extra care, provided IV fluids, and made sure I was fully comfortable before I moved. That level of attention and flexibility really stood out.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. The process was smooth from start to finish, the care felt personal and professional, and I felt well supported the whole way through. I’m very happy with my decision and grateful to the entire team.

Good service and the place is very clean and well serviced. Dr. Atilla Yilmaz and his team were very professional and friendly, and although we dont speak turkish they provided translation service and it was very good and very professional.

Overall, a very good place. But might be a little expensive for some internationals.

I came to medicana international Ataşehir hospital with my father in law 2 weeks ago, and he had treated with last technology of the da vinci robot by the general surgeon team they was so professional, and i would like to thanks the international patient department team for the support that they gave us through the period of the treatment.

Doctor Pediatric oncologist and hematologist prof. Mustafa Tezer kutluk, The staff of the oncology department on the 5th floor are excellent, friendly and caring, they are professionals. Especially nurses: Duigu, Elip and Ozqan.
My translator, katerina Zaseshvili Aqchin is the best.

Everything is great! The staff is kind, helpful but mostly important experts! My father was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal tumor. He got the chemotherapy and radiotherapy at the same time. We came here to follow the process and how it is going. They offer you transport from airport to the hotel and also for anywhere you want to go. They checked all his reports. We were at oncologist Nilay Şengül; highly recommended doctor!
Lastly, we are thankful for the translator guy Abduselam Mujezinovic, not just for helping with translation, but also he is very kind; does all the organization; most importantly he is here for his pacients!❤️

Excellent customer care .The medical personnel is professional .everything went on well from the start . The surgery was successful and also the treatment. I appreciate the excellent services offered by medicana International Hospital. Though there was language barrier when talking to the doctors but Ms Saida Aweis has been there to translate into English. I further commend her efforts to organise transport for pick up all the time and coordinating the whole arrangement and ensuring all the neccessay documentation was availed begore and after the treatment. I was visiting from the UK and I had a full medical check-up. I was accompanied throughout the day by an interpreter (Ms Sert) who was incredibly helpful and professional. The medical staff were excellent. The hospital itself was as modern and as well-organised and well-equipped as any I have seen. The professionalism of the medics, the equipment they had available, the way in which my tests and checks with various consultants were scheduled - everything ran like clockwork. I was so impressed. I would not hesitate to return.

In April my wife Musiime Christine Hope had a procedure that was successfully conducted. She was accompanied by her sister that time. They came with alot of praise about Medicana Ankara hospital, the staff the professionalism the neatnes etc. Be it known the our voming was a recommendation of another patient Dr Barigye Celestine.
This time around, I came back with my wife for her review and personal check up. The whole the hospital services never disappointed. Madam Saida Aweis our interpreter made things easy from the the onset, the timely booking of the doctors and getting travel arrangements docs was made easy courtsey of her. On arrival everything played on time. Collection from the hotel was perfectly done. Saida was always there to interprete and ease the communication gap. I found the doctors quite professional,explained all the situations to us and checked on the patient timely. This eased the worries and anticipations. The nurses were exceptionally so responsive and coordinated. The general staff even though had language barriers they were always eager to help. The hospital atmosphere is excellent, the services offered ie the meals, the bedding etc were to a high standard .I will go back home with fond memories of the hospital and have already recommended other patients to be treated.

My name is Aizhan and we came from Kyrgyzstan to Medicana Beylikduzu in Istanbul for my husband’s kidney transplant, as he was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5.
We found out about the illness on July 14, and thanks to the international department, we were able to arrive for surgery already on July 28. From the moment we landed until our departure we were fully supported and received high-quality medical care.
The transplant took place on July 31 and went smoothly thanks to the professionalism of the doctors, nurses and all clinic staff. The transplant surgeon, nephrologist, nurses and translators — including night translators available 24/7 — were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with any question. Here you will not only have continuous translator support but also transportation and any other assistance you may need during your stay.
It is important for anyone considering treatment abroad to know that only highly qualified medical professionals work here and that you will receive excellent medical care throughout the entire process.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone at Medicana for their outstanding care and support during this difficult time.

I have come here for 2 different reasons.
1) My husband needed emergency kidney stone surgery.
2) I had a UTI and needed a check up.

In both cases I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. For the surgery, we had a private room and I had a bed to sleep on. We both were provided 3 meals a day and the food was excellent. The cafeteria staff even came to see what we would prefer to eat. The nurse who prepared my husband for surgery really cared and took her time to make sure she had all the information correct.

For my check up - I was especially impressed with the translator who assisted me. Her name was Heda and she made me feel very comfortable. She wasn’t just a translator but also available for questions. She took me to the doctor, then to the area where tests were run. She also helped me set up an appointment with a second doctor for further information. She explained I could contact her if I needed a follow up appointment and she could set one for me. She was very professional and very important in making my visit here a success.

Overall I was very impressed with this hospital.
