Personalised sneakers, wrong size, don't worry!!
I ordered a pair of personalised nurse sneakers, in my normal size. When they arrived they were too big.
There was no return information within the package, so I was unsure what to do. As my name was on the sneakers I did not think I could return them.
How wrong was I! I sent Medicapparel an email, and received an response within 24hours. They said they would replace them as long as they were within two sizes of my original pair, plus I could keep the original pair. I received a smaller size within a week, free of charge. Fit perfectly. Excellent customer support and service. They were more expensive work shoes than I would normally wear, but they are light, airy and fun to wear.
