You applied after the February bursary awards had already been processed, which means your application is part of the March review cycle. Outcomes for the March batch will be communicated at the end of the month.
The bursary programme is very real and is assessed carefully to ensure support goes to students who need it most. We appreciate your patience while the review process is completed.
I have tried for weeks now to contact no response
I have tried for weeks now to contact via email that we cannot log back into our account. Tried reset password and nothing. I am forced to leave a negative review as a way they might finally contact me back. It is under my sons email and besides us both trying we have no responses. I am paying for a service which was good but can no longer access. Totally unacceptable!

I think it could be better by adding flashcards and then you can go onto the papers to apply that knowledge. also really specifying the board you are on sometimes I dont believe all of it is needed.

I have been using Medly for a while now , and it has been an amazing app to use for the duration of the time I’ve used it . I do not pay for the unlimited version , but have found the Medly Mondays and the free daily questions to be very helpful. When I first started using it , the app told me that I had 10 free daily questions , but after a few days I noticed it wasn’t giving me any whatsoever saying that I had used them all when I know I had not . But now it seems as though it has been fixed and now is 5 free daily questions which I have received every day for the past week . The App is extremely helpful for my studies and I spend much time on it , the Medly Mondays are a great addition to the app and I think the Medly workers have done a great job.

This is honestly an amazing website, the AI is so helpful and clear when i get things wrong, and it tells me what to add or what to fix. I have year 10 exams in 2 months and I'm so grateful I found this. However, I wish the mark scheme was more specific for things like biology. Overall, great website.

No Access after £200 Subscription payment
Paid £200 for a subscription to Medlyai in January 2026. My son can’t access his account. I emailed medlyai with my payment confirmation and I have not had a response back. The subscription is not working. If this remain unresolved I will have to contact my credit card company for paying for a subscription that I can’t access and claim a recharge.

Sloppy ai, fabricated statistics
When i first used the free trial, the platform was really good and useful. It all went downhill when i paid for access. Some questions would be missing vital context, multiple-choice questions marked wrong no matter what option i pick, answers marked wrong when they are right. The ai in general is sloppy and not what i was advertised. Also advertised statistics are fabricated and appear differently on their various different pages.

We completely understand your point about pricing. We’ve wanted to address this for a while, but it’s been tricky. Unlike static revision websites, every time you practise a question, get AI feedback, or use the tutor, it generates real-time AI processing costs. That adds up quickly (not making excuses, just being transparent about why changes couldn’t happen overnight).
That said, the good news is that as we’ve grown, we’ve found ways to make things more accessible. We have recently launched a new weekly event called Medly Mondays, where one subject will be free to use with unlimited practice for the whole day every Monday. This is a great study app, it has amazing features such as numerous questions on topic and past papers you can complete. It is extremely useful and very flexible in how you choose to revise. The monthly cost is a bit dear, but it is worth it for the experience you get. The AI tool is extremely helpful for explaining how you can improve your answer when you make mistakes. The only downside is, for me, there was a bit of content missing on the History section and a couple subjects missing. But apart from that, the content that they have included for subjects such as science, maths and english.

We get lots of subject requests and they all get logged, ordered by volume of requests. The main problem and bottleneck is the more we push ourselves the more likely we are to make mistakes. We'll keep trying but do better but please bare with us as we may need to go a bit slower with adding subjects to prevent any more spec issues.

I think the ai helper is really good for explaining concepts but I think it would be very helpful if you add a voice feature so it can have voice because I learn easier through verbal communication and not reading
