Extremely helpful in correcting getting the prescription to the right pharmacy

Clear communication and very professional.

Doctor McCall listened to my issue and asked questions for clarity. He was easy to talk to and took care of my medical needs. The pharmacy needed to confirm my prescription and Samantha did so promptly. There were no delays in getting the medication I needed.

This company is very suspect. After receiving my first vial which did not in any way shape fashion or form match what I had been taking with another provided and having read other reviews stating this was a scam, I was reluctant to take any of their medication after having paid for it. I reached out to them and I made them state to me that I was not on any auto renewal or anything like that that would result in any automatic payments and their reply was that I would have to complete a form and make a request for a refill; yet today, I was charged for a refill I did not request and sent an email stating I needed to complete the form as my medication was already paid for.

Customer Service is great. Diana Watson helped me book an appointment with ease!

This was my third or fourth time using MedVidi. The first experience was fairly seamless, but the last three have been consistently poor—and today was the worst.
I travel frequently because I own multiple businesses in California and Virginia, so I sometimes rely on telehealth when I’m between locations. I scheduled an appointment for 6:45 AM and logged in on time, only to be told the provider was not licensed in my state. That should have been screened and blocked during scheduling. I rearranged a very busy day (including international travel planning) and rescheduled for 11:00 AM.
At the 11:00 AM appointment, I provided my medical records and the doctor said she had everything she needed and that my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I went to Costco pharmacy (where I have a strong relationship), and the prescriptions were not sent correctly. I called MedVidi and spoke with Samantha, who was polite and assured me it would be corrected.
However, I spent over three hours at Costco while the pharmacy tried to sort it out, and I still had to leave because I had a flight to catch. After that, I called MedVidi again and waited about 20 minutes in the phone queue before speaking with Alan. His attitude was the final straw—rude, dismissive, and not willing to listen. I told him I wanted to cancel everything, especially since I had already been charged twice in one day (the original appointment and the rescheduled one), and even though I was told one charge would be refunded, the principle of tying up funds due to their operational errors is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I was asked if I wanted credit instead of a refund. No. I want my money returned for services that were mishandled.
Because of this experience—especially the lack of licensing checks, prescription errors, and the way I was treated on the phone—I am cancelling MedVidi indefinitely. I genuinely wish Samantha and the rest of the team well, but this service is not reliable enough.

Rushed me off the phone, name was Dianna something, sounded fake and dismissive. The only reason they’re getting 2-stars at least is because they provide controlled substances over the phone but they’re slow, lowkey ignorant, sound fake, my doc refused to prescribe me more than one controlled substance which just doesn’t make sense. I moved states and thought care would easily be continued because I’ve been on the same two medications for years? but all of a sudden I gotta pick one controlled substance. pmo and half useful. That’s my real opinion.

To whom it may concern:
I was looking for a formal diagnosis for ADHD. I had been seeing another provider. It was very casual, but she wasn’t an ADHD specialist. This provider was supposed to be. I was hoping to get a referral for a therapist as well. The first appointment I made was cancelled before I even had the opportunity to show up! I received a text to come to the meeting room five minutes before 9:30. Right before I was logging in at 9:25. I received a text that my appointment was canceled!
Apparently, my provider, Alex Stock, had come to the meeting room at 9:15, And left at 9:20 and canceled my appointment. I then had to come back for a 7 AM appointment on that Saturday.
After a long appointment that morning, where he was snide and judgy, I forgot that I had been prescribed Adderall with my previous provider. You would have thought I had killed someone… I was ONLY looking for a formal diagnosis because I’ve never really had that. If he prescribed something, great, but not my primary goal! I was looking for resources, help, information…
When I asked for that because he supposed to be an ADD expert… He was incredibly irritated and he said I should assume that I have it! Ok, WTH?.
What a complete waste of my time. He was rude and dismissive. When I said well, I guess that you’re just useless. He hung up on me. I was half joking, and my tone was sarcastic, I will admit that! But come on! It was warranted given that he was completely terrible to me the whole session!
I’m really over these men that treat women like crap. It’s completely rational for me to think he could be a resource. I paid $200 for a 30 minute appointment!!
The whole experience was demeaning and disappointing.
This organization should be ashamed of offering a service provider to people that diminishes patients .. He completely lacks empathy, and he has absolutely no warmth.
♦️You’re dealing with people that have mental health issues. Do you know how awful that is, to have that kind of experience when you’re already struggling?
Absolutely unacceptable !!!!

I don’t understand this pitiful
review that definitely is NOT the stellar five star review I would give MEDvidi. Timeliness - superb;
Responsiveness - superb;
Actually listlistening and responding with professionalism, and sensitivity - superb.
Wherever that paltry review came from, it's garbage. A complete fabrication. ~S

This company exist solely to make money they are in no way interested in serving the community or helping anyone. Customer service is a joke and quite literally their only response will ever be, pay another 170 dollars and schedule another 15 min appt.

Had my first appointment last night 12/16 at 11pm with Dr. Kevin Williams. The doctor seemed great, listened, asked questions, came up with a treatment plan. I felt very hopeful. It seems like a great service. Turns out the pharmacy wasn't able to fulfill my script, and currently waiting to have it moved to a pharmacy that will. Issue got resolved in a timely matter. 5 stars from me, thank you MEDvidi & Dr. Williams!!

Their service is horrible! …. I had no issues for the first few months but then shipping was delayed, payments wouldn’t go through, they then charged me twice and I never received my medication. I spoke with customer service 6 separate times over 3 weeks and STILL never received my medication, after being 4 weeks overdue. And no refunds or credits to my account were ever made for the issues. Customer service all gave me the runaround every time I would call to resolve the issue and I would be back at square one explaining the same problems. This has been the most frustrating experience. I highly recommend using another provider. This is NOT worth $300 per month. Their service is terrible.

After my initial consultation I was unable to get my prescription filled. Repeated messages to the doctor and MEDvidi itself went unanswered. I'd avoid this provider and find another, which is what I'm doing.

On 11/19/2025 I had an appointment with the provider, Elizabeth Hagen. After a very short talk about my ADHD which was the reason for me seeking mental health, she said that she would start me on medication. I uploaded all needed documents to the MEDvidi portal. After 2 days with
no information (I was supposed to be receiving an email from Quest diagnostics for a urinalysis), I reached out to MEDvidi. They said they would contact the provider. This was the pattern day after day of me reaching out to them, they saying they would talk to provider, never ANY communication back to me. On 11/30/2025 in the portal, it finally said prescription preparation. I waited a day and on
the second day contacted them (this is 12 days after my appointment) and they finally informed me the provider was waiting on an ecg from me. They could not tell me this in the previous 12 days? I provided it and continued to wait.
This was the last time I ever got any feedback to my
treatment. I continued to use the portal chat (barely ever an answer), emailed over and over (NEVER have received an answer), and calling (which always got me someone that was of no help) until today, 12/12/2025.
I paid $195 for 5 minutes of discussion with this so called provider, and still here I sit, a week shy of a month later, with no replies, no medication, nothing. I want my money back, and I want my
records from them and I want ALL my information deleted
from their records. I have already sent emails about this but
no one has responded. I want my money returned to me immediately. They are taking advantage of those seeking mental health assistance, charging them and then doing nothing. They should be investigated. I am FAR from the only one they have done this too, and I am well within my rights to make sure to tell my story far and wide, as it is the truth. The truth still matters.
I have had little sleep, unbelievable stress, anger, sadness, and disruption to my everyday life. They are predators.
EDIT: They at no time sent the request for the urinalysis they were supposed to, which they are now claiming was the reason THEY ended care when the fact is I sent an email ending care because of their horrible customer service and not even doing the bare minimum of customer service.

I have never waited so long to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. It’s 2025 and waiting days for an electronic prescription to be sent to a pharmacy is wild. Every time I call they say “wait of” then “24hrs” then “48 hrs” and now I’m being told it’s “72 hrs.” Like what is the problem. Specifically Georgia Dixon is the provider that is the issue. Didn’t have this issue with other providers.
