First time with an online appointment.
I have never done an online medical appointment before and I was very skeptical that I would pay my fee and then they would either ghost me or not be able to prescribe the medication class that I knew I needed. But that was NOT the case. I was 'assigned' to Volha Haliantava and in our first appointment, everything went very well and Dr. Haliantava was patient, kind and compassionate. I was shocked that she actually asked questions about my work and life and seemed genuinely interested. By the time the initial appointment ended, my prescription had already been sent to my local pharmacy! For the past few months, I have had follow up appointments with Dr. Haliantava that have all been just as wonderful. I feel so lucky that I was assigned to her. Cant say enough positive things about Dr. Haliantava.
