I ordered a dress December 19th, I got a mail saying the dress was gonna arrive in 3-5days - now it’s December 30th and the dress hasn’t even been shipped yet. I was gonna wear the dress on new years:(

I placed my order on 11/28/2022 and to date I have no information about the order( delivery details/delivery number) nor have I received the order. However, the invoice was already running, so I had to report the problem to Klarna.
On 18.12.2022 I sent an email to the store and asked where my order remains. Until now, however, without feedback. It is really a pity how customers are treated here and the dress which I ordered I actually wanted to wear at Christmas.

Order was placed in good time and with a stated delivery time of "5-7 woring days". Confirmation email said a new email will be sent when order is shipped.
Here we are, 7 working days later and still the order has not been shipped.
Contact with customer service only resultet in them condescendingly explaining that 5-7 working days actually means 9 working days.
Not that it matters since they obviously have no intention of delivering by that time either.

Edit after answer from company: This is the exact same answer as in email. The delivery time that is written on the page TODAY is 23rd of december.
When I ordered on the 13th it was stated as "5-7 working days".

Do you really expect anyone to believe you will be able to both ship and deliver in two days, when you have not been able to send anything away in over 7 working days?

The dress looks exactly like the picture. I hesitated between the size XXS-XS and S-M but the XXS-XS fits perfectly ( I am 5ft4 ).

My order got shipped fast and I only got it a few days later which was nice. On top of that, both the top and the skirts material were very good.

Ordered a sweater 02-10-2022, which was in stock according to the website. They waited until the 18th before actually shipping the product.

When returning a package, keep in mind that they think 14 working-days is an acceptable period for processing a return.
