The app. was easy to use and received the cash advance i needed immediately, and the advance amount i am eligible for was raised immediately after I paid my advance back which is very helpful.

Cleo has become one of the most frustrating AI cash‑advance apps I’ve ever used. I’ve been with them for over two years, and while the service started out great, the recent changes have made it nearly impossible to use.

They now break advances into daily $100 increments, each tied to a $10.99 repayment fee. I was offered a $500 advance on Saturday, but by Tuesday the app refused to release the final $100 because of their new rule preventing advances within three days of a repayment date. This makes no sense, especially since my pay dates are the 10th and 25th, and my repayment schedule should align with those dates—not arbitrary restrictions.

They also removed the option to extend repayment dates, which had been available on demand. On top of that, they charge a $14.99 monthly fee on top of everything else.

Because of these practices, I’m preparing a class‑action lawsuit against Cleo and their partner, WebBank. If anyone is interested in joining, you will be notified by the Court once filings begin. I closed my account yesterday, and now they’re telling me it may take up to 45 days for the remaining $100 in my balance to be returned. After everything they’ve put customers through, the delay is unacceptable.

Well first they make it kinda fun . Than bang I still can’t get advance it been year n I still trying . But I stilll given 4 starts bc the app set up good.

I started to sign up for an account in order to get a small cash loan. I was presented with memberships starting at $5.99 a month. That was deducted from my bank before I agreed to the loan. My application clearly stated I get paid once a month, for pay back purposes. Then they offered to lend me $40, with another fee of $6.99, unless I wait 3-4 business days. Then a pay back date of the 20th. I cancelled it all. Scam

CleoAI’s customer service is shockingly incompetent. Repeatedly failed to resolve basic issues, provided contradictory or irrelevant responses, and wasted an unreasonable amount of my time. There is no accountability and no apparent understanding of their own product. This level of support is unacceptable for any serious company. Avoid unless you’re prepared to get zero help when something goes wrong.

Cleo is the best advance app, in my opinion. She’s always got my back in a pinch, never causes me bank fees and allows me extra time to make my repayment in a pinch.

Cleo helps me with my finances. Calculating what I am overspending on and what paid apps I can cancel to save money. Helps me raise my credit score with tips on how to do it. I have tried other apps similar to Cleo and Cleo is the one I am fully satisfied with.
