Should be able to rate 0 stars abdolutely terrible company I ordered what was supposed to be a survival shovel kit so the shovel head was supposed to double as an ax with a curved blade then the handle pieces unscrewed each one had a different piece like an attached knife, a whistle, and a flint stick and I got the shovel with a regular square head whistle dont work and no knife and no flint stick that's 50 bucks out the window cuz I cant find a phone number for customer service and I never received a confirmation email with anything in it like i was supposed to...

SCAM!!! Zero Stars!!! Ordered two cat mushroom tree trunk scratch trees in December 2019 which was listed on Facebook for buy one get one free. I never received anyting as promised. Thank goodness I paid for it with PayPal. I made a complaint with PayPal & was able to get my money back. Today, I received two very cheaply made cat scratchers. Glad I was able to get my money back.

Worst rating I could give and it’s not bad enough. I ordered 2 “Unique trunk and mushroom style cat trees” Buy 2 get free shipping. After 2 months some crappy post with a base shows up, Not even remotely close to what I ordered. I’m not opening it either. With my luck it’s how the Chinese are sending the Corona virus around. I’ve tried several times to contact the company over the past two months, no customer service at all. I’m out $51.98. Lessened learned. I’m doing my absolute best to purchase American made only for now on. Can’t express enough how you should avoid this company at all costs!

Horrible company!!! Needs an option of zero !!! Ordered a tree trunk cat tree in January. Finally received a cheap cat scratch toy today, 2 months later. Not the item I ordered. Description states it is almost 4 feet tall. Item sent is smaller than my cat!! Have not found a way to contact them. I am out almost $60. Would love to be able to speak to someone to get a refund.

Horrible Experience! Order the Cat tower setup only to be met with utter disappointment, Previously shown to be something that was a 3 foot high object with integrated parts. received instead a 5 piece worth of junk that is not only poorly constructed but also no where nearly the item description that was promised. CANT believe that I had given my money for something so ridiculous!

I also ordered the Tree trunk cat stand. I ordered it on Nov. 03, 2019. I received it today March 24, 2020. It is not what I ordered. It is a small cat scratching item. Very cheap. It does not match the picture and description shown on the ad. It is about 14 inches high. I am so disgusted. This company should be put out of business. I am out over 60.00. Never again.

Bought the tree trunk cat tree and I did not receive that I received some other kind of cat toy. Very disappointed want a refund

Ok I received a BTS Black Zip up Hoodie! Great condition! It was addressed to me, my name & address, however I didn't order anything! LOL! Also no one ordered anything & had it sent to me either! Win, Win for me! Of course I'm happy!

No stars. I, too, was scammed on FaceBook advertising a wonderful LifeBag backpack. The more you buy the cheaper they got; I know How many do you have to buy until they are free?" No receipt smelled bad and no way worth the money I paid. I see them on Amazon with a solar panel, now, for charging. This backpack comes with a USB port??? Why, I don't know. It's not a charger inside. Matter of fact the port goes nowhere. Complete crap. I was gullible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON FACEBOOK. Jin Tai CA 91789 Chinese $h!t

Bought two small throw type blankets... came wet inside with a bad smell ... was double wrapped so the wetness came from the point origin ... kind of afraid to have this thing in my house ... I’m washing with Lysol ... hope it’s washable ... lesson learned.... no more from this company !!

Ordered projector in November for Christmas gift. Received in January with no receipt or documentation of any kind. Want to return and cannot find a way to contact these people. Terrible experience.

Stupid me...If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Ordered a gift on December 5 (advertised on Facebook) from SZWL Network Technology paid through PayPal. Received an email from PayPal that the shipping company was "YanWen" with a tracking number. Filed a dispute with my credit card when I never received the item. Today I received something that I did not order which is a piece of crap! This item came from "Jin Tai" so I'm assuming that they are all connected. Email sent to company "prettygood1123" Problem is this guy/company can just keep changing it's name and continue to do business through PayPal. No thank you - I will NEVER make this mistake again. Back to Amazon I go for my purchases!

Bought 3 pair of boots in size 7. They are a small 7 as my toes touch front of boot. Sent 3 emails ans a text,.asking for return label. Silence from them. No receipt for order included in package. Any suggestions?

RUN AWAY FAST, THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Ordered something for a Chrismastas gift beginning of Nov. just received today and not even the correct item tracked the company down and no working phone number.

I order a pair of shoes and after a long wait got a wrong order without a return receive or anything else. 😡Bad experience for me as well with the same issues as other unhappy customers here.
Planing to call this other 626-337-7072 number to see if I get a customer serv rep to solve this issue.

I received a Mobile Phone Video Ampliphier that I do not even recall ordering. There is no contact information. I'm afraid to just blindly mail it back in fear it is a fake address. Research shows it is a warehouse.

On the return label it has: Jin Tai 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789-2950

In researching it I found a JinTai Trading Corporation at 4261 Filhusrt Ave, Baldwin Park, CA 91706 Phone (626) 337-7072. I plan to call this number tomorrow and see if I can reach anyone.

Just sharing in case anyone else wants to try.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. SCAM! I ordered an aviator jacket, size Mens 2XL. It's a Mens L at best. No return paperwork in the shipment, no response to emails, phone number on website is disconnected. Nothing on the ordering pages said anything about where the jacket was coming from until after I submitted the order. The tracking number showed it shipping from China, and it took a month to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a blanket and let me tell you how horrible this is ! I got one personalized for my parents and in-laws with my children's name on it and not only are letters missing but its super small not at all what they claimed it to be! So unhappy right now spent 70.00 dollars for junk! How do I even contact thesr people!? I see nothing!
