I ordered a shoes drawer like item, first it takes forever for me to receive it in the mail and second, the quality of the item was very poor from the advertisement on social media. Scam folks, stay away! I lose my money!

I ordered 2 pair of pants, one for self and one for wife. Shipping was to be in 7 to 12 days. Nothing after 3 weeks. I wrote to "meetfancy168 at gmail.com". They gave me a "sorry" and here's your tracking number. Tracking number was invalid with numerous shipping firms. NO such number. I disputed charge with Discover.
Shipment came one month after I placed order.
WHAT A JOKE!! I am 6'1' and weigh 200 pounds, XL should fit.But, to be safe, I even ordered next size up (2XXL) instead of XL and yet, I couldn't get pants above my knees. Wrong size??? They were made by little people for little people.
Same situation for my wife's yoga pants---she can't get them past her thighs---THEY DON'T FIT EITHER.
I wanted to return them, but there is no contact info, no return address, NOTHING!.
They verified I received pants with Discover--Discover charged my account and told me to see if PayPal could help since shipper used PayPal to clear their $$.
PayPal could do nothing. I am out of $61.97 and we now have two pair of pants to donate to Goodwill or the Salvation Army.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY----NO ONE HAS ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT IT. The complaints all seem to include 'wrong size', 'no return address', 'people lose their money'.
Why does PayPal allow this company to keep using them. By their accepting to do business with them--PayPal is just as bad as this deceiving, thieving, despicable and rotten business.
I had to rate it with at least one star---Trust me, one star is one too many.

Bought 4 pairs of pants and they sent the wrong size. E-mailed them and they claimed it's the size I ordered! It was not! No offer to fix it... only told "sorry but its your order" return policy states can return with in 14 days. I told them this on the 1st day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Also runs Downeylove and other sites. Even the confirmation e-mails show the size I ordered and it's not what this scammer sent!

Order my air horn from Downeygift Order #1666 received my product 6/10/2019 at 1443hrs. MISSING PARTS HOSE & AIR COMPRESSOR EMAILED THEM ON THE PROBLEM ON THE SAME DAY AT 2344hrs

And very poor customer service. I Ordered pants, ordered on the larger size as well when I received my Order it was clearly the wrong size.all the tags are in Chinese so i cant verify any sizing. It's a Joke how off the sizing is to regular sizing. I have gone back and forth with them but all they have said was since it was not the wrong article or damaged they cannot do anything.

Very poor customer service. I received a article of clothing that was clearly the wrong size. They asked me for "relevant photos". I immediately provided them showing a 2-3" discrepancy. They advised that since it was not the wrong article or damaged they cannot do anything.

It's been well over a month without the ordered product. No response to emails. Finally got a tracking number and the product has been stuck via Fed ex in Kansas for the last 4 days. I got the tracking number off my payment recieved voucher from over a month ago. I'm hoping if I get the product that it fits. After looking at reviews I may be better off not getting them. In any case they have another week then I'm calling my bank and making a fraud complaint.

Pants don't fit ask for refund they say no. $100 I spent. This place sucks. Now I'm stuck with three pairs of pants that don't fit. The waist fits but the legs are so tight I can't even move. I'm Not a Hipster!

Stay away from this seller! Their clothing is badly fitting. Like the other reviewer, they claim that they won't refund because they sent clothing as described. This is a company from China and is a complete rip-off. If PayPal requires me to return the pants to China, then I'm out some money however the sender address is Jin Tai, 20275 Business Parkway, City of Industry, CA 91789-2950 so I should be able to return it to that address.

What a load of rubbish!!

They listed clothes at a specific size and then send you generic stuff that won't fit. They won't honor any of their return policies. They might as well just take your money and run. Also if you try to get a refund via PayPal they'll expect to do return shipping to China for a huge price tag.
