Awful- just awful
Awful- just awful. Crooks and conmen. Take your money, sell junk, won’t refund when you return the product. In cahoots with Wowcher to rip people off - avoid this company and Wowcher like the plague! I am over £150 out of pocket thanks to these charlatans and really wish I’d read a review before ordering

Appalling product
Bought a refurbished laptop from this company through Wowcher. The quality of the product was extremely poor and not as described. I wrongly believed Wowcher only dealt with companies who sell trustworthy products. Absolutely appalled have sent back the item and awaiting my money back

Absolutely shocking, disgusting, robbing service!!!
Terrible, disgusting, appalling service!!!
I ordered an item through Wowcher then decided I no longer wanted it, I tried to cancel before it arrived but there was no option so I requested a refund! Wowcher emailed me back with the details of this company (megamax) who wowcher sold the item through! Email after email to both wowcher and MEGAMAX and nearly two weeks later no corespondents from either of them! Had a Whats app chat with wowcher twice to be ignored completely and cut off half way through! We have send the item which was not cheap (£100+) back to the return address (Megameaxuk) via recorded delivery at our own cost! Let's see what happens with that, not holding out much hope considering how they operate! DO NOT BUY FROM WOWCHER or MEGAMAXUK!!! As a family of 5 we cannot afford to loose £100+ and especially at Christmas!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! If I could give 0 stars then I would!!!
