I signed up a while back but deposit for first time yesterday (friday 19th june) with a promo code (match bonus 100% - 150 extra free spins). Absolutely horrendous service. Happy to take your money but won't let you withdraw. My account has been fully verified yet megariches.com will jot release the funds. I have spoken to several customer service representatives with each one of them less helpful than the last. I am told thar im in Queue and my query will be handled soon. The Queue must be massive as I never get a reply. That should tell you everything you need to know. My advice to anyone looking to have a gamble. Go elsewhere as this site is horrendous.
