Very disappointing and complete waste of my time
This is a very flaky site, full of bugs, which they know, but when I tried to get them to re-instate my welcome freespins I went thru a barrage of incorrect CS statements, going to whatever lengths they could, not to add them.
Basically, I couldn't use the freespins whilst I had an active bonus, according to their error message when I clicked on them. So I removed the bonus but then the freespins had also been removed. Catch 22 really. Anyway, they would not re-add the freespins despite approx. 20 e-mails back and forth.
All the grief they gave me for a few pounds amazes me. I won't be using again.

Worst casino site ever
I joined December 2025, lost about £500 and withdrew £150 of my deposits. In January 2026 I deposited a similar amount, stupid really as I'd got no game from their slots last time
Suddenly a message pops up "loss limit reached" I had £8 and a few pence in the account. Couldn't withdraw it as below £20.
Then came the nightmare of emailing so called Customer Service. They need verification of my PayPal account. I can't screenshot the page they want because PayPal don't allow it for security reasons.
Twenty emails and a week later they still have my £8. A drop in their ocean and I cannot get it sent back to me.
Please never use this site. They are bandits and the most unhelpful I've ever come across.
Reviewing this in hope of saving others in the future.
