I have read reviews and was sceptical, but I messaged Rico of my account. He came back to me and told me he had shipped the order. And it has just arrived. I believe the company has been through change. I think the way forward is patience and politeness.

Order 4th January still no tracking available and still no response from sending emails

Well had a email on friday saying my order had shipped with a tracking number, what aload of bull its now monday and the tracking number still aint working plus if it was posted on friday id of most likely received it today, avoid this company at all costs. Scam website.

Still waiting on a my order and still no response .

When are you sending or issuing a refund ????

I have sent over 30 internal messages and emails !!!! You 24 hours to send my item and I want next day delivery thank you beyond a joke now coming up to 2 months since order stop scamming innocent people

No email confirmation. Order awaiting fulfilment. Have sent internal message 25-Jan-23 09:24 asking to confirm when I can expect delivery.

Can you please provide an update, when do you expect to post my order?

I will update my review based on response and if I receive my order.

Update 02.02.23 - Ricco has been in regular contact with me, provided shipping details on Sunday which I could track and was delivered today by Royal Mail. So I am happy 😃

Still waiting for my order from December, I have sent LOTS OF Messages and absolutely NONE replied to other than on here. DO NOT ORDER- I have already contacted my bank's fraud team so please do NOT order from this site!

I placed an order on the 2nd December, Ricco emailed regularly to let his customers know the current business situation, and true to his word my order arrived, yes it was quite late but I was kept informed all the time. Give the man some leeway, he will sort it, best product on the market. If you need to contact him use the chatbot on megatan website...

322756 Order still not fulfilled since 12 December. Used megatan for almost 10 years with the best customer service. All of a sudden they take your money and do not send the product and will not answer messages. So sad that I will have to go elsewhere unless rectified immediately.

Still waiting on my order from december, messaged numerous times and received no correspondence back. Always ordered from this company and had no problems unto sure what as happened or if this company is still up and running, looking at other reviews there quite alot in my position, wouldn’t advise anyone to order from here anymore il be looking for a new supplier.

Always a great service. There were delays during November but have since ordered and received my parcel pronto. I believe the delays were due to staff/partner changes which all existing customers were made aware of.

Despite the recent delays and negative reviews I have to say that I have NEVER had an issue with either the product or the customer service. I believe them to be trustworthy and ethical. Definitely not a scam.

Ordered on 16 December - never dispatched. emailed them 5 times without response. Eventually did a chargeback through my credit card. Buy elsewhere as I did. Delivered next day

I ordered from MEGATAN last year and had the best experience , could not fault the product whatsoever I LOVED it and the service was also next to none. For that I would give 5 stars.. However, I placed an order on 1st December and haven't received still or had any acknowledgment to my emails. Im gutted about this and am not bothered about the money but would really like my order and the product again. If the company sees this and can rectify the issue i will re-submit review.

I ordered from Megatan, and my order was faulty. They told me they would send a replacement, and I was informed that the replacement was sent on the 24th of November. It is now the 11th of January and still hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact them every week for am update for my order with no luck and now they have removed the "contact us" link from their web site so no one can contact them. Yet I get bombarded several times per week with emails with offers to make more purchases.
If I don't receive my order of a full refund in the next two weeks them I will seek legal action

Unfortunately had to resort to a poor review! Ordered back in December, still not received order. Emailed several times - still no reply yet receiving daily promotion emails!
Ordered from MEGATAN 5 times last year with no issues however, this time having a nightmare! Would appreciate acknowledgement at least!

The product is garbage, I was slowly getting sicker and sicker from it, I thought it was me, my tolerance wearing down or something, but as soon as I switched supplier, the sickness went.

Disgusting product, mixed with something.

Cheap for a reason.

Buy elsewhere.

Nasal spray came but had to mix myself also no water came with it no instructions
