I ordered in October still not recieved
I ordered in October. Still have not received the order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve
Trying to communicate with them is near impossible.
I most certainly would not recommend buying anything from them.
Despite the promise to send the order. This still has not happened.
It is hardly surprising that so many people thing that they are just fraudulent.

I have bought 2 bottles of megaton
I have bought 2 bottles of megaton, waited quite a time for it which the company explained why , so that was fine with me. But I’ve used one bottle which hasn’t made any difference at all in my colour? I’ve used this before & it has worked in no time ! I don’t know what’s different this time ? Could you please explain. Still no response to let me know what’s going on so will be going through my bank and claiming it back! I appreciate the delays in postal services and it being Christmas but being a business owner myself I have 2 data’s off at Christmas and any delays due to postal strikes I always keep in contact with my customers! I will be going elsewhere after over 5 years of buying!

I've used this site for quite a few…
I've used this site for quite a few years now & NEVER had any problems. Reading some of the reviews I think people have got to understand that 1. There is a Postal Strike On! 2. The site owner has been very open & transparent about what has happened (due to delays)
In this day & age people seem to have short fuses and are very quick to write negative reviews.
Again from my own perspective I've never had fault with the site/company. I can only give praise for the quality and customer service I've received.
Keep up the good work :-)

Order not received and payment not refunded. Used “contact us” but no reply and “chat” continually unavailable. Will continue to make contact however beginning to believe I’ve been scammed by megatan
