Ink don't last &leakage & Not compatiale & Poor Cust Service

I order 15 pack Ink cartiage for my Epson printer. Half had leak out, and could't get half to work. They were not compatible as they said.
It is terrible that there is no live person for Customer Service. Everything has to be E-mailed.Since you have give a grade and only choice is 5pt that's what I gave generously. I would give 0 pt. I don't
think I will even order the geniune ones' for far they won't be right.

Defective ink cartridges, lousy customer service

I ordered some ink cartridges and the black one registered empty. I contacted customer service by email (they only communicate by email, no phone support) and they told my to turn my printer off and on several times but it didn't work. They finally decided to send me a replacement. When I received the replacement, all the ink had leaked out!

experience with comp.

This company has VERY RUDE SUPERVISORS ,VERY UNPROFFESSSIONAL
COMP. they don't send you a confirmation of the order @ the time of the order. They also don't send out an order # til they feel like it.Also a tracking # for the order til they feel like it. Very difficult to cancel an order & get your money back. I'm considering reporting them to the B.B.B. Wouldn't RECCOMEND doing bussiness with them.
