in beginning no responds on emails, later all fixed

I am happy with the price for my (Honda Brush Cutter (UMK450XEEF) and the speed of shipping, but they delivered another mulch cutter blade brand then what was ordered and on top of it the wrong size, so no use to me in combination with the Honda. I have sent them 2 emails to the info email address a few days ago, but until now I have received no responds. Will call tomorrow, but really think that they should respond (faster) to their main email address. Feels now like they don't bother.

I have been called by Megavert and had a friendly conversation and they offered to solve the problem. All fixed now, Thanks for the good service.

Lack of email monitoring lead to problems that were solved later

Because of lack of mobile connection, ordering was difficult, but I managed. However, when the delivery came it was for 2 chainsaws, not just 1. I immediately requested a return of one, but got no reply. After 10 days I e-mailed again, this time with request for received and opened mail. It was seen by "relationclient" at megavert.com", but this function has after 6 days not replied. Total disregard for customers as soon as payment is taken is my conclusion.

Latest 24/2/2022.
Product returned as requested by Megavert and signed for by Nicolas (the owner), but 2 weeks later, no refund provided and all email automatically rejected due to full mailbox at Megavert.

Unfortunately it looks like Megavert has gone bust and I warn anybody against engage with this company.

26/2/2022:
Immediately after indicating that Megavert might have gone bust, I received a mail from Nicola MANDICA,
Direction commerciale. He took personal responsibility, investigated the case and issued a credit note the same day!

Conclusion: Megavert's lack of monitoring email communication was the main reason for my problems. The quick reaction by the owner of Megavert solved the issue in a satisfactory way. The product I bought, a Stihl chainsaw, was delivered fully assembled and tested and works extremely well. I have therefore updated my Trustpilot rating.

Item not delivered.

The ordering was OK, but has not yet been delivered. FedEx says they have tried to deliver? We are at home on lock down and no sign of any delivery van?

Found the product over 200 euros cheaper than any where else so fantastic !
Delivery times listed on site which listed up to one month received within two weeks . Great !

I was a bit worried after reading…

I was a bit worried after reading reviews in here. But to honest there really was nothing to be worried about. I bought a Stihl SR450 and it arrived sound and good. Initially, I got annoyed as it didn't seem to be shipped the first week. However, I called the company and the reason was that they had been waiting for a minor side order that I wanted to arrive. After the call they send the package the same day and it arrived in mint condition 2 days later. I was thinking about giving 4 stars but to be honest it wouldn't be fair. It would only have been because of reading the other reviews beforehand. The only thing that could be better would perhaps be a bit more communication on the state of your purchase. This is the first review I've ever wrote - and I only do it because I was worried enough to think about writing a negative review. But reviews shouldn't only be written when orders goes sideways.

J'ai acheté une nouvelle tondeuse à…

J'ai acheté une nouvelle tondeuse à gazon Stiga Combi 55 SQ DAE. Megavert m'a envoyé une ancienne tondeuse d'exposition. Le jour de l'arrivée de la tondeuse, j'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'adresse suivante:

2) Le produit a été utilisé, c'est-à-dire ex-démonstrateur ou similaire. En effet, les roues montrent de grands signes d'utilisation, tout comme le reste de la machine.

3) Il n'y a pas de manuel d'instructions pour la machine.

4) Le couvercle de la batterie comporte de nombreuses rayures.

5) Il y a des rayures sur la ferronnerie où se trouve la lame de coupe.

6) La boîte que vous avez utilisée pour emballer le produit n'était pas la boîte d'origine. La boîte était trop petite pour le produit et l '"emballage" se composait de deux morceaux de pellicule plastique noire souple jetés sur le dessus de la tondeuse et des deux pièces en plastique (non emballées) jetées sur le dessus de la pellicule.

7) L'emballage du produit était très mauvais, causant des dommages de surface aux deux pièces en plastique desserrées.

8) Le produit a été vendu comme neuf et NON ex-démonstrateur ou similaire.

9) Les instructions relatives à la batterie se trouvaient dans la boîte du chargeur de batterie (la boîte elle-même n'est clairement pas une nouvelle boîte) et ont subi des dégâts d'eau avant d'être expédiées de votre magasin.

10) J'ai payé pour une NOUVELLE machine et je m'attends à une NOUVELLE machine, dans son emballage d'origine complet avec

I purchased a new Stiga Combi 55 SQ DAE lawnmower. Megavert sent to me an ex-show mower. On the day that the mower arrived I emailed the following:

2) The product has been used i.e. ex-demonstrator or similar. This because the wheels show great signs of being used as does the rest of the machine.

3) There is no instruction manual for the machine.

4) The battery cover has a lot of scratches on it.

5) There are scratches on the metalwork where the cutting blade is.

6) The box that you used to pack the product was not the original box. The box was too small for the product and the "packing" consisted of two pieces of black soft plastic wrap thrown on top of the mower and the two plastic parts (not wrapped) thrown on top of the wrap.

7) The packing of the product was very bad causing surface damage to the two loose plastic parts.

8) The product was sold as new and NOT ex-demonstrator or similar.

9) The battery instructions were in the battery charger box, (the box itself is clearly not a new box) and has suffered water damage, before dispatch from your shop.

10) I paid for a NEW machine and expect a NEW machine, in its original packing complete with all instructions and parts as new and unused.

11) To summarise you are selling under false pretences.

12) If you need supporting pictures please ask. I shall be very happy to send them to you and the other parties that will become involved.

My question is very simple, when are you going to collect the product and refund my money or send a replacement grass cutter, or refund?

After several attempts to contact Megavert (Mr Jan Tomazo is the manager) and trying to resolve the problem it was agreed that they would collect the mower, but after one week still no collection. Please note that Megavert never sent an email and they never returned telephone calls. It was aways my emails to them and my calls to them. More often than not the telephone call would never be answered.

Today I have requested a credit card chargeback to get my money back as I think this is now the only way of solving the problem.

Megavert, in my opinion, does not care about customers and when there is a problem they hope that by doing nothing the problem will go away. Buying from this company is a risk that you do not have to take, just buy from another company.

The chargeback will take a few weeks to complete and that means that I have lost Euro 720 for more than eight weeks and have to wait that long before being able to buy a replacement lawnmower. Megavert, NO THANK YOU!
