Really Great service! Bought from them several times(Honda parts), can't say anything negative about this company, really really happy with the service and follow through the whole shipment. I will continue buying from them.

I know, this site seems sketchy but they had my part for half of what Japan had it for so I took a chance. It paid off as they did ship the part and it arrived in good order and it was correct in all dimensions. Tariffs may kill this site for the USA but it was good for me.

I use the services for the third time. Pros - all spare parts for quite rare Toyota and Honda models are available. Reasonable prices. Good work of managers, they answer all questions. Cons - very long. The actual period from payment to receipt is several weeks. And in the last order Order No. 658400-5

the cost of delivery unexpectedly changed from 40 to 200$. A week after payment. And the period from 7 to 15 days. and today is August 2, and the goods have not been sent yet. Therefore, when you pay for the goods, be prepared that the conditions may change for the worse.

I placed two orders a few days apart on a range of engine and electrical parts for an old Honda. The prices in the UK were double so I was initially dubious but within a fortnight all parts arrived, beautifully packaged and original in OEM factory labelled bags.
A worthwhile note is the website makes shipping from your preferred warehouse when placing parts in your shopping basket. I made sure to order all parts from the Japanese warehouse. I think this made the difference in service as a few reviews state poor customer service. Alternative warehouses are in the US and UAE…why would anyone ever try ordering Japanese motorcycle parts from the UAE?
I had a good experience with Megazip. Order your parts direct, instead of chancers like Wemoto or CMSNL. From those two I’ve had hit and miss service and communication, with my last experience being disgustingly bad customer service.

Excelent service, fast shipping, and all the parts are original. I recomend Megazip 100%.

OEM parts with very good packing. Great communication with the customer service that changed my order as requested.
But I hope the packing will be faster next time: it took one week for packing and two days for delivery.

I've used these guys several times for motorcycle parts for my old bikes. I'm amazed that they have most parts available. The shipping is expensive as i live in New Zealand but if you need it they have it. I'll deal with them again for sure.

Great service, fast delivery compared to other options that were available. 2 weeks from Japan to Australia. Nice easy process, I would be using there services again.

Excellent products and service (yamaha bike parts). I bought a range of parts, from different components on my motorcycle, mostly parts that wear quicker than others. I was expecting some “on backorder” corrections on the invoice for the above reasons. Nope, they had them all, proving their stock management systems are first rate, backed by a confident and cordial market face.

Excellent communication and delivery was quick to Australia. I will be recommending there service to others.

Parts showed in stock when order was placed- two days later they contact and some of the parts back ordered 3 weeks. Tried to cancel the complete order. They would not let me. Instead refunded me the cost of back ordered parts at the current exchange rate. Which I lost a few bucks on. Then Took 8 days for parts that were in stock to be packaged and shipped. Then another 5 days for arrival. The Part that did show up was what I needed and works fine. Not impressed with the slow shipping of in stock parts- if you need parts within a week- do not use this site- I will not order from them again.
