Dominic is beyond helpful, professional and resourceful .He treats every inquire as if he is selling a rare diamond and follows up at every turn . He has treated me with kid gloves and I must say service of this calibur is rare these days .A real person and Real name that is there when you call back for a flight never . He is helping ME yet He leaves the impression that he is grateful to me . I have no idea how i came to find this jewel but I am keeping him on speed dial . Not a good experience!! Megofly tried to tax our arir flight at 100%. crazy!! Then they totally messed up our rental car. we had to pay full price for it at the rental car co. Then even tried to charge us the tax on the rental car. We will never use them again. The agents name is Craig Williams. Thank god we used our credit card and was able to stop the over charging. Who ever heard of paying 200.00 dollars taxes on a 240.00 dollar flight!!!

Craig was incredible. I had very last minute plans to make for my son to fly back to school after Thanksgiving break. Craig was so quick and efficient and patient!!! He easily checked different airports, days, times. Made me feel at ease and comfortable knowing I was working with someone who was truly trying to help me solve my problem without having to pay a fortune!!! I took his name and number and will have Craig help me with all the flights I need for my son for the next four years as well as my personal and professional travel! So happy!!!!!

Dominic helped me book two flights; 1 round trip from Portland Oregon to Bucharest Romania and 2; round trip from Bucharest Romania to Rome Italy. I like the experience with Megofly because they help you beyond just your questions and they kept in contact with me even after I purchased the tickets.
