(TL;DR good products but misleading photos on website)
I am a long time customer & the products really do speak for themselves. That being said, I bought earrings for a friend & was very disappointed in how they showed up (the photo on the listing was VERY misleading, several other reviews say the same and I should have known better). They did follow up with me and say that would pass along the feedback on the advertisement. Great products otherwise...my friend ended up loving the earrings, but only because I didn't show her the before photo.

Very disappointed with my experience with Mejuri.
Beautiful jewelry, but unfortunately it does not seem to last.
The opal on my birthstone pendant became cloudy after only a short period of ownership. I followed all of Mejuri’s care instructions and the piece was not exposed to water, creams, or perfumes.
Customer service simply replied that it was my fault.
When I explained again that I had followed their care guidelines and that this should not normally happen with a quality gemstone used in jewelry, I never received any further reply and no solution was offered.
Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has experienced issues with certain items and customer service. Jewelry should last with normal wear, and companies should stand behind the quality of their products.
In addition, numerous complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, where customers frequently cite issues related to product quality, plating wear, customer service responsiveness, and warranty disputes. This pattern of complaints raises concerns about durability and after-sales support, particularly for plated pieces.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Mejuri.

Disappointing and unnatural customer service, restrictive terms and conditions
Edit: The customer team made further contact with me and this time were much friendlier and reasonable. I'm very happy with the way they have worked to fix this.
I made a purchase for a ring that, according to a ring sizer should have fit my right index finger perfectly.
Turns out, it was too small.
I asked to exchange this ring for the size up (which was still for sale), however the customer service agent, Jose, refused to allow an exchange on the basis that this particular item was a "final sale".
This was not clear when I went through the purchase sale, and in any case, you would think when the company still had one of the size up available, there would be no loss at all in looking after the customer and exchanging the size (this was not a request for a refund).
Very unimpressed with the response received from what I thought was a reasonable request, and there was very little clarity during the purchase process that this particular item was a "final sale" item.

I ordered two of the exact same rings for me and my girlfriend and one came in a gorgeous box and the other came in a very simple dust bag. The unboxing experience was pretty disappointing for such a romantic purchase.
