I have only bought a few pairs of earrings and a couple of necklaces.
All items are of good made except for a pair of diamond stud which was discoloured after wearing it for less than 6 months.
I took it back to the store and they were very helpful and apologized. They then offered an exchange or refund. I accepted an exchange as I really like the stud very much.
