Broken Clasp time and time again
I got a replacement bracelet after the clasp broke.ONE week later the replacement bracelet also broke and I lost it. This is my second initial bracelet and the only reason I went back for a second was because I wanted to have my kids initials and wanted the same look for both. Will not be purchasing again. I will also say I had to have my first bracelet replaced years ago for the same reason. The clasp sucks. - poor quality

On the product side of things, I was disappointed to see some of the diamond earring charms go (marquise and pear) because I lost my previous ones. The size and quality of the new lab grown diamond charm isn't as good of quality as your other charms!

From browsing to checking out, my ordering process was seamless. I am very pleased with how easy it is to browse items, add them to the cart and checkout. I was also very happy to see that you could choose the amount of packaging that the item comes in. I personally always throw away the jewelry boxes, but tend to keep the little pouches for traveling and keeping pieces separate. Everything was great and my items are amazing quality!!
