I have a chain necklace that needed repair. It was 1 year over warranty. The store said they cannot repair it, not even at a cost. Now I have a necklace I cannot use.

I had an extremely hard time with my…
I had an extremely hard time with my recent order. The company uses DoorDash to deliver orders and my order was delivered to the wrong address/stolen. When contacting customer service, you can only speak to AI and was sent another package, only for it to be delivered and stolen again (package was ripped open and product missing). I had to ask for a third order to be sent - it took about 3-4 weeks to even get my order and was a terrible experience overall.

To be honest, I’m quite disappointed with the number of solid gold items that are now semi-hollow. So light weight yet still a substantial price. I understand gold price has sky rocketed, but making semi-hollow products that won’t stand the test of time doesn’t elevate the brand. Make dainty chains for customers with smaller budgets, and solid chunky chains for those with more disposable income. Semi-hollow chunky chains and bangles are not Mejuri standard!

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Some of the styles are really nice, but earring clasps will break within weeks. Prices have increased a lot lately but the quality has not improved.
