The local team very expertly steered me through a tricky transfer to another UK pension scheme with a recalcitrant trustee. Since moving to Penang, I have received help and advice from Tom Raynor. He is not pushy, but genuinely helpful and pleasant, a rarity amongst planners. Being married to a teacher, he understands teachers' needs and is someone who offers advice and evaluates any plans you have. He helped me enormously regarding NI contributions and UK state pension.
