If you click to pay deposit at anytime after 3 days they still charge you. You have a choice to pay 1% to expedite deposit or take longer than 3 days for free. Just KNOW THIS. It’s a scam. They will always charge to make the deposit 1% and sometimes more. Not a reputable company. Not customers friendly. Probably or if this country. Foreigner scammers. BEWARE!

We trusted Melio to manage payments to our subcontractors and vendors, and it turned into a costly mistake. Due to a critical software glitch, Melio autopopulated incorrect routing and account numbers for multiple vendors in our account. As a result, over $20,000 in payments were misdirected—some failed, but alarmingly, many were successfully deposited into unknown accounts.When we discovered the issue, the customer service experience was beyond frustrating. The first person we reached had no ability to assist. We were told the issue would be escalated to an “investigations team,” only to wait over six weeks with no communication. When a response finally came, it was an impersonal email stating that while they were “sorry this happened,” they would not refund any of the lost money—not even the funds that never successfully left Melio’s system.At no point were we able to speak to a real person. There is no support phone number. There is no urgency. There is no accountability. And most disturbingly, there is no protection against serious flaws in their software.If you are considering Melio for AP management, think very carefully. This is not just about poor customer service—it’s about a platform failure that can result in massive financial loss with no recourse. Melio is not a safe or reliable solution for any business that values accuracy, accountability, or basic customer support.Avoid Melio. Your business—and your money—deserve better.

I communicated with several people today with my concerns. The last young lady I spoke with (Denya) this afternoon was VERY nice and patient! Before her, I was considering discontinuing my relationship with Melio due to the insufficient customer service, or ability to answer concerns. she may have single-handedly saved it!

Melio has embarrassed me and my company time and time again. We send payments to our vendors every other Friday, and me. Melio makes it really difficult for them to access their funds. I received complaints all the time from my vendors that melio takes sometimes almost a full week to process payments, with payments constantly being automatically canceled, and requiring a ton of extra work on the vendors part every time they want to receive their money. The only good thing about melio is that they sync to QuickBooks automatically
