Worst customer care ever , instead of apologizing for a warning of direct debit cancellation which apparently was not the direct was still apply in to my account they blame on me that not understanding the previous payment was for the actually period and payment for the bill due was to be paid because they sistem apparently updated only them not the customer anyway stay away from direct debit and bank payment with Melita
The worst provider possible! Internet not available for 2 days after any maintenance, I need to beg them to come and fix it, even tho they have been notified my work require internet connection. The customer service available for a call for 4 hours only, and then if the issue is not fixed you need to keep chatting with virtual agent. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
The worse service provider, internet cuts all the time, and the internet speed is a disaster. the modem changed twice. The same issue returns after a few weeks. Even if we upgraded our internet connection. They also cut the internet now and then for ''maintenance'' without providing any alternative to customers who have to work from home. I have been their customer for ages because there is not much of an alternative here in Malta.
If I could give a zero rating I would. The broadband strength is low and limited to my living room and can only cope with one device using 5G. The standard access does not work at all. i reported this, they arranged an appointment for a technician to come and fix it, but he failed to turn up. I have tried 3 times to set up a direct debit and each time Melita sends me an email telling me it's active but then fails to take payment. When I contacted customer service, they tell me first that it was not active then they changed their mind and said it had been declined, then that it had been cancelled. However my bank has confirmed that none of that took place. Very poor service.
This company send SCAM messages to my cellular phone too pay them a fake debt. Well I never made any contract with them, never even heard about them, until the moment of the SCAM messages.
Just for curiosity made a google name search and it looks that they make the same SCAM to others.
My advise to you is block their messages... and if you are the MELITTA scamers just #### you all and your SCAMs

Amongst the options it was only Melita that was able to provide me gigabit speeds at home (the other two were waaaaay behind in speed as they are still building their networks and my area is still not on their maps :)
Customer service was helpful, invoice was in line what we agreed to, never had any problems.
I also use their mesh option so every corner of my apartment is covered with WiFi, they have a very nice app to check and set connectivity options however I'd like to.
They also provide internet for tens of thousands of subscribers, if their service would be so abismal like some suggests they no longer would be in the business surely. Truly recommend their service.
One star is way too much .horrible horrible experience. stealing money from my credit multiple times. Customers are never right even if you prove it with a bank statement. Playing stupid trying to convince you to overuse data when you have unlimited
Horrible service, miserable workers... Someone have to close this company, they are not in condition to offer a reliable internet service. Please chose anything else but don't make the same mistake as me!

Home internet cuts out at least once per month and you have to get a technician round to fix it every time. Embarrassing Mickey Mouse company that’s very lucky there is no competition. Would love to see them go bankrupt. Or their offices burn down. Or something else equally as devastating.
Worst experience ever, sent letter to cancel contract, denied receiving, informed them that no longer at property and was disputing to the balance outstanding, offered a goodwill gesture to reduce balance in basis I part pay account, which I have never done, then proceed to send legal notice to address they are fully aware of that I am not living at. Disgusting service, terrible credit control process, just click and send automatic emails, paying someone to just click a button despite having new email address and my phone numbers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I doubt you’d find a more abysmal TV and Wi-Fi service anywhere in the world. I very stupidly switched from Go to Melita for the alleged super fast fibre optic internet, but sadly it’s horrible. TV channel lineup is boring too. Stay away.
i have been a client since the beginning, i never had any issues of this sort. We had an appointment and was agreed that they would call me 30 minutes before so i can leave from work instead of taking a full or half day leave. the appointment was solely for two extenders and a new contract to be signed. The Technician failed to call and also lied about calling which makes things worse. to top it off the supervisor was more unhelpful than the first representative i had spoken to.
in order to sell their new package they tell you all you want to hear including agreeing in doing so but then when they fail to provide you with what was promised they tell you they have a different policy internally!! this is fraudulent and falsifying in means to sell, an absolute disgrace!!!
after years of service I would have at least expected an alternative solution and more professionalism especially from the supervisor!
it really upsets me that it has come to this with the contract closing soon that i have to consider other optons after such a long time of service!

Went abroad-they stoped the services; reason “for your safety”, so banking and service you are actually paying is for nothing!
When i came back i went to the outlet to complain and fix the problem-guy told me my phone is not working?!! In third outlet they managed to fix the problem which was 1 click only!
A lot of hustle, poor-rubbish customer and service in general, value for the money zero!
And on top of it they ask for 150e should u like to terminate contract if u re not happy with them!

Melita customer care is rubbish.
Here is the thing, I contacted Melita to say that I have a problem.
Problem is acknowledged, all tests done.
Result: we need to send a technician.
I say I can't as I'm under mandatory quarantine. Then you'll have to wait until you are out. No other possibilities...
So in over 1 year. Melita never thought it would be a good idea to review their procedures to have a full remote approach.
Now I cannot work for the next 8 days just because Melita is denying service....
Run away from this company...
My wi-fi today is not very good so I thought I'd use their 'test your internet' app. It couldn't load so I decided to have an online chat. I've done this many times before and went ahead knowing whichever staff member I chatted to would be a complete moron as per usual. I described the problem and then she asked if I had no internet even though I was chatting to her. That is the level of their expertise. If I was their CEO I would be so ashamed. SHAME ON YOU MELITA!
My two year plan ran out, I then terminated my plan within the month I payed for and recieved a confirmation. Then they called me and offered me a deal with the same plan but for 10 euro less. I told her I would think about it. Then they without my consent reactivated my account and send me a new bill costing 15 euro more than my last plan and now I had to terminate it again. I know this was probably a mistake but you cant charge people for a product they did not consent to.

Absolutely worst customer service I ever experience. They ignore your query and they own me money. Worst of the worst. Agents are being rude to you if you query something they don`t know. Right now I'm sitting on a chat being ignored as we speak....
Restart your modem, followed by unplug coaxial cable AND restart your modem. This is how Melita troubleshoots your connection. Needless to say in 4 years, the issue has never been in my infrastructure.
