Life changing experience!
I was blessed to attend the Heart of Europe tour in May/June 2023 with a small group of friends.
I already knew - from past experience of Mellow Journeys and what others have said - that the trip would be special. Yet it still managed to exceed expectations!
From the very moment we set off from Birmingham until our return, Max went above and beyond at every single opportunity.
The week was spent hiking the Alps, swimming in open water, star gazing, and taking in local culture and customs.
It was a life-changing experience, led by an absolute pro. This is a trip I will never forget and one I advise everyone to make!

Max is a highly experienced and qualified guide and teacher, I've been on many of his activities and as always it's been a wonderful and mind expanding experience. A notable mention is his annual Europe trips which provide a unique insight into a culturally rich part of Europe coupled with his knowledge of the area at affordable prices makes it a trip I would highly recommend.

Day out exploring the Welsh Mountains
My daughter had a fantastic time with Max and the group exploring the top mountains, including fishing and a final splash in the Sea. Even the road trip to it was open minding as Max draws attention to details along the trip so that the kids learn to be explorive and attentive. The whole trip is framed by important values such as awareness and patience and the islamic ethos.

Amazing Experiences with MellowJourneys
My son has been attending bushcraft and hiking sessions with MellowJourneys for a number of years. Everytime my son comes back, he tells me how much he has enjoyed the sessions and how much he has learnt.
The organiser is professional and responsible, as well as a good role-model for young participants.
