bad booking experience
I was charged for a room which I was told was no longer available at the rate I paid initially and ended up having to pay the difference for a more costly reservation because MemberDeals booked me into a room which was already reserved. I spent three hours back and forth on the phone attempting to resolve the issue and to make matters worse, the representatives told me they wouldn't be able to honor the promotion I also paid extra for with my hotel reservations. All in all I lost about 3 hours of my time and about $70 which they refused to cover for my inconvenience and their mistake. I am not one to ever write bad reviews but this experience has left me very disappointed with the services provided here.

One day Disney not worth it
Fees made one day ticket more than buying through Disney. Dining dollars are just a small discount on a gift card, not much value. Going direct through Disney next time. Hard to get tickets connected to Disney app. Have to go to ticket window. Bad experience

The tickets are not redeemable online. I’m taking a risk going to the theatre and the movie being sold out or not being seated together. This was not explained prior to my purchase. I would not use this again…..
I ended up wasting my money. Could not redeem the tickets at the office. Scanned the code and did not work. They took my money and would not refund. So I spent double to see one movie. Do not do this. This is a scam
