We are early in our MemberPress adoption journey and have been very impressed with the flexibility of the plug-in for our membership site and offering. The MemberPress team have thought of everything it appears that a membership organisation would need. Additionally the quality and speed of responses from the MemberPress support team has been not only a huge help but impressive. Omar and Sinisa have been the agents that we have interacted with so far and both have been first class.

I've designed and managed several WordPress membership site projects with MemberPress and have always found their support to be top quality. With a recent issue I was facing, Omar went the extra mile to find a solution and resolve the problem. MemberPress has great features, but it's the consistently strong support that means it is my top recommendation to clients for membership or content subscription projects.

Working with customer support in MemberPress, and Omar in particular, has been shockingly great. No quick, confusing answers that leave you with more questions — long, detailed explanations that completely clarify the situation. And when I had an unusual situation, they developed a plug-in for me to cover it! Absolutely outstanding!

Wonderful support! I had a question about adding a feature that didn't exist and Omar was kind enough to right a custom function to enable it. Couldn't be happier! It's reasons like this that I will recommend MemberPress in the future and will continue to use it!

I’m a Squarespace native and a designer… NOT a developer. When asked to redesign/install a membership platform on a nonprofit WordPress site… hey, why not?! HUGE learning curve (for me), + a wonky plugin was needed to get required functionality (not from MemberPress). Fantastic Membership Plugin and Top Notch Support. I've been using MemberPress since March 2021 and it's done everything that I have needed it to do, whenever I contact support if I have a question they are always quick to respond. My latest experience when I needed guidance on how to do something I was quite willing to upgrade to Pro but Omar explained how to carry out what I needed to do without upgrading..... Now that's unheard of as most companies would glady just point you towards the upgrade option! 10 out of 10 Guys, keep up the great work.

I recently signed up for MemberPress and since I’m my own tech team, of course I didn’t get everything set up correctly. The MemberPress tech support has been fast and very helpful. I submitted a ticket late last night, and Omar got me back up and running first thing this morning. Well done, Omar!

What can I say - thank you. I battle to setup the system for members that need to be approved first. But wow the support was absolutly amazing.
