Better than the usual customer service
I needed some answers to my questions about the function of members points etc. when I contacted customer service.
Even though it was late in the night and on a Saturday I got answers very quickly, which was impressive. This helped me place my order before the deadline and not missing out on a great offer.
I really think this was good service!

A great variety of merchandise for sale.
Too bad a lot of the different items are very quickly sold out.

Drew money from account - didn't send product
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on members.com
After 2 weeks I didn't recived my product as promised.. I wrote an email to members.com, and after 2 hours they replied "We might not have the product, we'll find out within 10 days".
Now they stopped replying on my email.
So for 3 weeks they've kept my money, without sending the product.
In Denmark this is illegal..
Watch out everybody!
