Memorial is amazing! They have a well coordinated and streamlined process for international patients, their translators are very kind and helpful, the doctors are all very knowledgeable and professional about what they do, and even the shuttle drivers are super friendly, although not all of them speak English. I would highly recommend Memorial to anyone looking for a good hospital.

I would really love to appreciate my gynaecologist, Dr Engin Turkgeldi such a hands on man with so much care and love. It was my first time at memorial and it was so lovely with our translator Meral Halit, I recommend her for anyone going to memorial, she’s so kind, patient and caring! She’s also very hands on with her patients! I loved my experience with her, she speaks English eloquently and I just love her, she made my multiple visits at memorial worth it! Dr Engin and Meral Halit you are the absolute best! Coming back again again just for the both of you!

My experience at the Memorial Group Hospital - Sisli location was not the first-class experience their social media advertisement had led me to believe it would be. However, the number of medical tests conducted is worth the price paid for the medical checkup, and the assigned translators were excellent. The coordinator, Sena Doslu, who scheduled and coordinated my appointment, was great and forthcoming with the information needed to ensure a smooth start to my trip. The transfer from the airport to my hotel and from the hotel to the hospital for my checkup was smooth, with no issues. My translators, Narges Malekinasab and Majdzddin Hamshari, were polite and pleasant and kept me informed of the process. There were various glitches here and there, but overall, I am glad I had the medical checkup done, considering the cost.

My son and I recently visited Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital in Istanbul and both enrolled in the VIP health check-up package. The process was well-structured and exceeded our expectations in many ways.

I want to thank Mr. Firas Al Halef, our translator and coordinator, he proved to be a smart, dedicated, and reliable professional. He doesn’t just perform his duties — he genuinely cares about the patients and goes the extra mile to ensure every concern is addressed with clarity and compassion.

He managed our entire visit with great attention to detail. From arranging appointments, getting the right Drs needed for us, handling transportation, following up on translated reports, and keeping everything on schedule — he made sure things ran smoothly and comfortably, even though we were on a tight schedule and coming from abroad.

We’re already preparing for further visits under his coordination, which shows the trust he built with us during our first two packages.
All doctors at the hospital each one showed both professionalism and real concern for our needs. Their approach was reassuring, caring and respectful at every step. I hope to write a separate review soon to thank them properly.

Overall, the experience has been very positive and smooth, both in terms of care and organization.

I traveled internationally for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Mehmet Melih Cicek, and overall, I had a positive experience. Dr. Cicek was exceptional — highly skilled and fluent in English, which made the process feel much smoother.

The real standout for me was the translation team. Muhammed and Ms. Gülay went above and beyond. Muhammed helped me with any questions or concerns, even on his day off, and Ms. Gülay made sure I had everything I needed, including handling transportation without me needing to follow up.

The hospital itself was modern and clean, though it’s worth noting that timing is a bit relaxed — appointments aren’t always punctual. Nursing care was a bit hit or miss: my first nurse was somewhat rude, but the night nurse and next shift were incredibly sweet and attentive.

Toward the end of my stay, the communication did drop off. I wasn’t kept in the loop about my transportation arrangements, which left me having to take Ubers to and from the hospital and hotel. Thankfully, they came through when it mattered most — arranging my final transport to the airport.

Despite some hiccups, the medical care and the help from the translators made this experience a good one overall.

I had such a nice experience at the memorial hospital for check up. My translator Meral Halit was a very nice lady and she did her best to get me trough all the tests without waiting too long. She explained everything so good and didn’t leave me with any questions. My husband was with me and he had the possibility to stay with me all day, that was very nice too. The service of the hospital is very good!!! I recommend it to everyone to do it once a while.

I had an amazing experience with Doctor Demir and my coordinator Amro! Amro was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond to meet my scheduling needs for the surgery. I am one month post-op from my breast lift/implants, revision tip rhinoplasty, and brow lift. Doctor Demir was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over different desired results and outcomes. I have always been insecure about my breast and he totally changed that. I feel so confident and in love with the results. I’ve received so many compliments on these improvements. I will definitely be going back for any future procedures. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Memorial Hospital in Istanbul, Türkiye, for a comprehensive health assessment through the Women’s VIP package. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly well-managed, thanks in large part to the outstanding support and coordination provided by Meral Halit.
Meral served as my coordinator and translator throughout the day, and I cannot praise her enough. She was professional, helpful, friendly, respectful, and highly organized—ensuring that I moved efficiently through a full schedule of appointments and assessments. Her warm demeanor and clear communication helped alleviate any stress, making the entire experience smooth and seamless. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, I was able to complete all necessary tests and meet with the appropriate doctors who not only reviewed my lab work and assessments in detail but also provided thoughtful recommendations—all within a single day.

Memorial Hospital is an excellent option for anyone looking to gain insights into their health quickly and cost-effectively. The Women's VIP package was comprehensive, and the quality of care was top-notch.
One point of caution for international travelers—especially those from the U.S.—is that Memorial Hospital does not accept American Express, and when paying in U.S. dollars, the bills must be brand new. This important detail was not communicated by the original agent who helped coordinate my trip, which caused some last-minute anxiety. Clearer communication on this front would have helped me prepare and avoid unnecessary stress.

Despite that hiccup, my overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend both Memorial Hospital and Meral Halit to anyone considering a medical visit to Istanbul. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the difference.

Great experience at the memorial hospital. The whole process was very professional. From the translator to the nurses, everyone is very caring, understanding and efficient. I believe the plastic surgeon Dr Can ilker Demir Is one of the best in instabul. My nose fits perfectly for my face, and the fat transfer to my cleft chin was done very precisely. Overall I feel a lot more confident and i will be back for sure.

I have nothing but good feedback for Memorial hospital. I had a lovely translator (Meral Halit) who supported me throughout the day. She was very efficient in dealing with my needs as well as others and she was very accommodating. She made the whole process smooth and it was enabled easy communication with non-English speaking professionals.
I highly recommend that everyone completes the VIP check up. It either puts your mind at ease or informs you of any health issues you may have.

I am writing my feed back as the nurse and doctors emare extremely rude and discrimination towards disability people and to retired veterans which is my dad be had a problem with you guys and he almost sue you for laughing in his face. I had the same issue that he had where I ask for help when I was being discharged and they laughed in my face and stand there and play on there phone and refuse to help me as I did not know where was the main entrance as I get lost some time. Plus last week I in up in the ER due to a severe shoulder injury from work and they prescribed me meds that could have easily killed me as there was a FDA warning label on it that it can increase your blood pressure to the danger zone and it also say if you have GERD stomach issues it can cause your stomach lineing to burst or bleed or it can cause you to get multiple stomach ulcers and bleeding why do I want to take this I have stronger pain meds so why give me other painkillers meds that I never heard of. As of today I have started a petition form for asking my Congress of de Santos do a full investigation on all the employees nurses assistance and doctors as they are violating multiple FL laws and regulations.

I had a really great experience at Memorial Hospital, and owe it all to Meral Halit for making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. I was initially nervous about the extensive checkup, but she made sure that all of my questions were answered, and that I had all of the information that I needed. It is a beautiful hospital, each specialist seemed very knowledgeable & they are very thorough in their work, and I would definitely recommend it.

I heard about the women's vip check up through tik tok so I decided to give it a try! I was assigned a translator her name is Meral Halit. She was a 10/10! She was very kind, attentive and had lots of patience. Its a lot that happens in a day and 1/2! She translated all my thoughts and questions I had with each specialty doctor, because of her I had a really good experience

My daughter & I decided to choose Memorial Hospital in Istanbul for surgery, after researching surgeons to perform a breast reconstruction/augmentation for my daughter and a breast reduction, lift & tummy tuck for myself and we decided on Dr Gulsum Çebi.

We did have a bit of an unfortunate mix-up due to the computers being down at the hospital and so there was no member of staff expecting us, or who spoke English. We did WhatsApp message one of the reps (Dilara Gülyuva) who we’d been told would help us in the event of a problem. Unfortunately, she was not interested in helping us and after initially replying abruptly with the wrong information, she then decided to read our messages and ignore us.

After our bloods were taken, we got an uber to our hotel. The staff at the hotel were lovely but the room was tiny and basic and far from a comfortable place to recover after surgery.

The following morning after a sleepless night with more than a little apprehension, we were picked up from our hotel and taken to Memorial Hospital, where we first met the lovely Beyza Sevim, our coordinator and translator for the duration of our stay.

What a breath of fresh air she is. Beyza was extremely supportive and sympathetic to the problems we had encountered and immediately went about putting the issues right and moved us from our current hotel, to the Hilton.

We were then introduced to our surgeon Dr Gulsum Çebi and any questions we had were answered and we instantly felt reassured by her professionalism and the quality of her work.

Both our hospital rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotless and any questions we had during our stay, were quickly answered by Beyza. She really is an absolute credit to the hospital.

After having my daughters more than 25 years ago, I was left with stretched skin on my stomach and breasts that no amount of exercise would change. To look in the mirror and finally smile has been wonderful, Dr Çebi is certainly an incredibly gifted surgeon, I really feel blessed.

My daughter & I have had no trouble at all with healing, it’s all been very plain sailing. Any question we’ve asked has been quickly addressed by Beyza via WhatsApp (despite her being so busy).

My tummy tuck and breast uplift looks incredible and has really exceeded my expectations. I had muscle repair performed at the same time (included in the price) and all the staff and nurses were lovely and took great care of us.

I have and will continue to recommend our surgeon and the overall experience at Memorial hospital and I only wish I’d done this years ago. Thank you so much to Dr Çebi and Beyza, you’ve both been wonderful.

Everything was exactly as expected and even exceeded expectations in some areas. Our medical translator, Alaz, took amazing care of my family and me, was very thorough, and even after we left, continued to keep contact and make sure we had everything we needed. The hospital was very organized, clean, and expected us in every department we had to pleasure of visiting for testing. You get all your reports in a neat folder that you can take back to your home country to follow up with. Every country should really get on their level as far as accessibility.
