In excellent hands! That’s how I would describe my experience - starting with Martin who coordinates everything from afar and never fails to respond to a text at any hour! Then, there’s the personable and efficient team you’ll meet as soon as you enter the hospital; additionally my translator Gülay ileri made everything simple and easily understood! But let’s not forget my surgeon Professor Doctor Tonguç Isken! He’s the kindest, most professional and skilled surgeon you could meet!

I had a check-up at Memorial Clinic on January 16th, and they promised to provide all results within five days. However, the first documents were only given to me on February 11th. To this day, I still haven’t received all the results. A month of constant reminders didn’t help.
The hospital is modern and beautiful, but the organization of the check-up leaves much to be desired. Most importantly, I still haven’t received my full results. My check-up included a dentist visit, but the coordinator told me, "Why do you need it? He will just take a look, that’s all." As a result, I never had the dental check-up.

I do not recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Meral Halit as my coordinator. She was so patient, kind, and helpful - and ensured I made it to all of my additional appointments. I plan on making this a regular visit for my health check ups.

My husband and I were assigned to Meral. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience goes as smooth as possible..She was with us every step of the way even though we had different tests at one point, she managed to get all of the tests done in a timely manner and was all done in one day which is difficult on Saturday. She helped in getting the medicine and transportation. Meral made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The hospital is very clean and modern. I would recommend the experience and come again

I underwent a hair transplant procedure at Memorial Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, on January 2025 and my experience exceeded all expectations. The level of care and hospitality I received went far beyond that of a typical patient experience. Memorial Hospital provided an exceptional standard of service, demonstrating a genuine commitment to patient comfort and well-being.

The procedure itself was remarkably smooth and comfortable, and I was able to resume my daily activities as early as the next day. The hospital’s post-operative care was outstanding. They arranged for me to return the following day for a thorough follow-up check-up and a professional cleansing of the treated area. Additionally, they provided me with all the necessary post-operative medications, including antibiotics and pain relievers, as well as specialized cleansing shampoo and sprays to aid the healing process.

A special mention goes to Ms. Yaren Savaşçı, the hospital’s liaison, whose kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience. She has been consistently following up on my progress, even well after the procedure, ensuring that my recovery is going smoothly.

I am extremely satisfied with the results and my overall appearance, and I highly recommend Memorial Hospital to anyone considering a hair transplant. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail make them a top choice for this procedure.

I was assigned to Yaren, who has been nothing short of amazing. She was with me every step of the way, getting all of the tests done in a timely manner. She helped in getting my transportation all sorted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. The hospital is very clean and modern with great dining options and helpful staff. I was even able to book a last minute teeth cleaning with little to no hassle. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

The communication from the get go was great, via emails and what's app.
The hospital organised transport from the airport to our hotel and to the hospital each day.
We was greeted by a lovely translator Meral Halit, who did a fantastic job at organising everything, she was kind, polite and answered all our questions and helped us alot.
The hospital itself, was very clean, a nice chill environment, with beautiful paintings and sculptures, piano playing music at all times, plenty of choices to grab a coffee or eat some food ( included in the package is free menu from big chefs restaurant) there was also, free tea and coffee available.
The whole process for the check up was great, very thorough, we learnt a lot about ourselves, from blood tests to endoscopy, they didn't miss anything.
I highly recommend this hospital, it is great value for money and make you feel safe and welcome.

We can to Istanbul because I couldn't get my PET scan done at a reasonable time in the US. We contacted Memorial and had a date scheduled for the scan. Being from the States we were provided an interpreter. This happened to be Alaz Ege Alp. We didn't know how fortunate we were. We ended up coming to Memorial 3 times and he was there every time. He seamlessly guided us through the process and our our minds at ease. He not only talked with us about Memorial and the process but educated us about Istanbul and Turkish culture. He made a situation I was nervous about very pleasant. He is a wonderful representative of Memorial. He made our experience top notch

We are a family originally from Puerto Rico who reside in the United States. We decided to come to Turkey for a complete and thorough check-up. Wow! Alaz (our translator) made the experience a breeze. He was beyond and above my expectations taking care of every step of the process. He was supportive, kind and helpful. He was amazing! Fom the very moment we walked into the hospital to the very moment we walked out of it, Alaz was there with us the whole time. We even had coffee together :)
We were very content with the treatment we received as well as all the medical examinations and doctors we encounter throughout the process. Regarding the hospital itself, it was cleaned and smelled wonderful. Alaz made sure everything was taken care of at the hospital and the pharmacy when picking up our medication; including arranging my husband's biopsy. Being a veteran from america, I receive care from the VA that many don't get access to. That care pales in comparison to the care I received here. The patient care is leagues above anything you would receive in the states. Our translator Alaz made the experience a breeze, getting us everywhere we needed to be an explaining anything we didn't understand. He took care of our transportation, lunch arrangements, and helped us pick up our prescriptions. Truly world class services and care.

im from italy and i get my surgery some days ago in January, my experience was morte than grateful, in the hospital stuff there’s a lot of employers that does not speak english but there’s a translator that may help you for every langue, i was assisted by Gülay Ileri, and italian translator which i didn’t expect to found!!
her helping me with my journey was amazing, she was so kind and supportive almost like i saw an angel, im so grateful that i meet her and used to know such an amazing person!!!

I loved my stay at the memorial hospital. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Mehmet Melih Çiçek and he was phenomenal! So professional, made sure to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I can’t thank him enough. I thought the nurses were very nice and mindful. There were some little problems/confusion regarding my transportation and the date of my last appointment, but my translator Meral Halit was always helpful and did everything she could to fix whatever problem we encountered. She was always extremely kind, resourceful and tried her best to make things as easy and as smooth as possible for me.
I’d recommend this hospital to anyone.

Memorial allow the private plastic surgeons to be negligent and protect them as they are making so much money from them. Ercan Karacaoğlu surgeon at Memorial Atesihir was negligent and ruined my face along with many others. He hides behind the big hospital group. They allow other surgeons and students to operate on you and when you are rushed before surgery to sign the paperwork it says this. If you are a surgery tourist try and pay a fraction of the fee on your credit card so you have a claim. Do not allow Ercan Karacaoğlu anywhere ear you as once under general anesthesia who knows what is actually happening in the operating theatre.

Meral Halit was great! Had a wonderful experience as an international patient from the US everything was easy and the staff and doctors were wonderful. The process was seamless and they were very communicative and transparent with expectations. Highly recommend!

This past month has been the most challenging of my life, but the team at Memorial Hospital helped me overcome it with competence, dedication, and great humanity.

Marwan was the best! He made the visit great, and helped us do pretty much everything, checking in with doctors, getting us things we needed. We were nervous because we didn’t have a great experience with a different translator, but Marwan is the BEST!

Thanks to Meral Halit, my translator, I experienced a smooth comprehensive 2 day check up. She was always on my side and her precise translation helped to overcome any obstacles.

Beyza Sevim Belet was my translator and did an outstanding job for me, and for the hospital. I came to the hospital due to the need for an emergency root canal while on vacation from the U.S. Over the following week, and 3 visits, Beyza was assigned to be my translator and was excellent in many ways:
- she was efficient in navigating the International intake process;
- she problem-solved a mix-up the hospital made in getting me set-up and assigned;
- she was extremely thorough in her translation/interpreter skills, communicating even subtleties of dental conditions and prognosis, making me feel comfortable with Dr. Kutuk's analysis and explanation
of my condition, treatment and
concerns;
- most of all she was a very pleasant and positive ambassador for the hospital, who communicated very well in person and on Whatsapp.
