Memory Cherish artists restored our 100+ year old faded and damaged photos of our ancestors. The results are amazing. The restored photos looked like they had been taken yesterday! We chose to have the photos colorized. The results are so realistic and tasteful. The company was highly responsive and diligent. We couldn't be happier. We highly recommend their services.

We had our fathers and grandfathers military photos updated by Memory Cherish, who did an amazing job! The photos are beautiful and my whole family loves them. My dad was so happy to see the picture of himself at 19 years old in his marine corps uniform heading to war. He’s 86 this year so this was very special. Thank you Memory Cherish. 🙏🏽❤️😊

Memory Cherish made my heart melt with so much happiness after they restored my very damage old family photo into the most delightful picture.
A few companies previously said that it was too damaged to restore but now I have something to highlight my memories.
I am so grateful.

Memory Cherish #1 quality professional artists assigned personally to work on my order. Was very pleased and happy to discover this online company. So many photos get lost or thrown away because it damaged it's not clearly visible anymore. I've been wanting to have this one picture of my son restored for many years. So please happy to find professional top quality online business artist like #Debbie who worked on my photo took her time to restore and bring back that clear shot. It didn't take months to do so. Not taking any thing away the original look from the photo Debbie made sure carefully to keep in tack the details of original of photo just fixing the areas that were damaged. Artist like Debbie who took time restore my beloved son photo bring it to life once again. It was like my son physically was sitting in front of her as she physically painting him on canvas with her paintbrush in one hand !! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Most definitely will recommend this online business to family and friends and loved one everyone in my community who's looking to restore damage old previous new photos. I Tamika is more than please with the out come most definitely #Highly recommended . 💜 😊😁

Pros: they made the background look great and the color restoration was accurate. They also responded to email inquiries in a timely fashion
Cons: Their AI software needs tweaking. AI is supposed to be awesome with faces, but my photo looked nothing like my family. I submitted additional photos to help make it more realistic and the ‘finished product’ ended up being a blurrier version of their restoration. I went in search of the refund policy, and I found it obscured somewhere on the page and written in very, very nebulous language (i.e. they cover their bases to basically ensure you never receive one even if you hate the finished product). I work in legal and trust me when I say you will not receive a refund from this company. I reluctantly ‘approved’ the photo out of pressure to have a Christmas gift. I own that mistake.
Their pricing structure and ordering process feel dishonest and could use some serious overhaul on the website. They do not outline the total costs of their price. After I paid $60 for restoration, I was then charged $9 for printing/shipping. Nowhere was the printing cost outlined until AFTER I ‘approved’ the final photo.
They do not provide a tracking reference for shipping so I had no idea when it would arrive. 4-6 days turned into 8. I had to reach out to them via email to find out where my package was - ridiculous.
Then, my print arrived damaged - like someone literally ran over the package with a truck and then submerged it in water for an hour. Totally ruined and unusable. I requested a refund via email as I was not happy with my entire experience would not be able to use this photo.
I was told my photo was not eligible for a refund because I’d ‘approved’ the final version. I should have never approved it. I let my desire to give my parents a special gift override my gut instinct. There were too many red flags with this service - it reminded me of those subscription services that make it impossible to opt out of.
Lastly, and maybe most importantly, at no point in the ordering process, revision process or email inquiries about shipping and damaged delivery did the company send out an email survey requesting feedback. Reputable companies want feedback and want to be better. Hell, most companies would offer a partial or full refund if you’re not happy with their product. This company does not have those practices in place.

This was a difficult year for our family with the loss of a very loved one. With just a week before Christmas to go, I found an old torn, black and white photo. I contacted Memory Cherish and they restored, colorized and turned it into a 5 x 7, an 8 x 10 and express shipped me multiple copies so I could give my family on Christmas. Their kindness and incredible talent will ensure that I return!

Great customer service, beautiful photo restorations! Very impressed with artistic heirloom quality and faithful to original result! I made a mistake in ordering, and although not their fault, they corrected it for me. Will be using this stellar service repeatedly, and will pass the word.

Just a great service that everybody needs, rather than sit with photos that don't do justice to the memory.
We had a number of digital copies of old photos/slides, one was red where the colour had not stuck and the slides were just a bit low res. Both were adjusted and look amazing. They really bring to life my mum and dad.
Lovely company, quick and keep you in the loop all the way.
Will definitely use again. Memories are worth the small money to get the photos worked on.

I had my favorite photo of my parents wedding in 1938 restored in color and it turned out fantastic. The whole process was quick, professional and easy.

Memory Cherish took a 2 x 3 inch photo from 1979 that was old and faded and turned it into a beautiful 11x14 inch portrait of my youngest brother who I lost less than 3 months after the photo was taken. The end result was nothing less than a miracle!!!

Although there was an initial problem with receiving my order which resulted in the photo restoration taking two weeks, I am extremely happy with the results.
I reviewed the edit and submitted a suggestion to change the skin tone. The artist understood my needs and did a fabulous job.
Yes, I recommend 👌

I paid for two day turnaround and shipping, it's been over seven days with no item or any notification of shipment. I've contacted customer support twice with absolutely no response from company. Getting my shipping cost refunded should be fun to try and get back, nevermind a complete refund
for services not given. It might just be time
to contact the state attorney generals office for an investigation into the
company's misleading business practices. Just a reminder, the company's headquarters is said to be in Bulgaria, but listed in Wyoming as well. What's up with that?. Also they are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and apparently they don't follow standard U.S. business law

Great commutations with company got back to me as quickly as possible. The workmanship is out standing, to see what I entrusted them with and the difference between the picture I sent them and the new is like night to day for a 49 year old photo. this is a company you can trust can't wait to do business with them again A+

I was able to transmit an old family photo to this company. The photo was from the 1950, heavily damaged and actually ripped on one side. There were white fold lines and tape marks throughout. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to restore it in just a few days! Looks like new! I highly recommend this company for any restoration work.
