Their Old School Customer Service will bring you back to the good old days, when a company actually cared if you were pleased with their services. Their Prompt, professional, friendly correspondence is second to none. Don't waste your time by shopping around.
Their product is AMAZING…JUST BEYOND!!!!! Last Christmas I had 8 old torn, crumbling, faded, stained photos (from screenshots) transformed into 16X20 Museum Quality Prints that made grown men cry (all photos of their mothers from WAY back in the day) on Christmas morning.
I just had two more prints made, and they are on their way to me, now. FAST, packaged extremely well…I mean, I could go on and on. Try one…send them an old, destroyed photo just for fun and see what they can do.

I had some pld photos of my wife from her modeling days that were pretty "aged". I sent one in and had it restored. It turned put really good and she loved it! Soooo I had 2 more restored for her. They turned out amazing! And she is very happy with them! I highly recommend having MemoryCherish help you with your photo's. You won't be disappointed
They do excellent work. When I received my photos I was missing a couple but they corrected the error promptly. I will use them again
This company has prompt, kind customer service. Restoring people's pictures isn't like rotating the tires on your car. People's memories are fragile things and must be handled gently. And that's what Memory Cherish does. I've had two photos restored, both of my recently deceased husband. Both photos brought him back to me and the day the photo was taken. The work the artists do is amazing and the results both thrilled me and made me cry. Their work is that important. I recommend MemoryCherish to everyone I meet. Thank you all.

What is a good word to describe what I felt seeing the result for the first time.....Shock? Astonishment? I am beyond words to describe the results! Absolutely amazing. It's my husbands mother and her immediate family. I thought he was going to cry when he saw it. After the restoration, we saw things in the picture that we didn't notice before! We couldn't be happier with the results and wouldn't change a thing! Thank you so much! Worth every penny! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I am absolutely blown away by the results that the team at memorycherish were able to achieve with my photograph. The photo started as a wallet size picture taken in 1957 that was badly deteriorated. About three decades ago, my father had that blown up into a poster size picture. That picture, while done very well for the time was still pixelated and reflected all the damage that was in the original wallet size photo. My uncle and his cousins who are pictured in this photograph were brought brought back to life with the outstanding work that my artist did. The colorization of the photograph is incredible and the level of correction far surpassed my expectations. Showing this to my friends, they quickly gathered up all their old photos and immediately logged on to get their restoration work done as well. The price was incredibly reasonable for the value of the work that I received. I cannot recommend the team at memorycherish enough. Don’t wait any longer!

Highly disappointed !!! This company doesn’t deliver what they advertise There was no communication about what could be done with my photos. The end results were terrible. They kept referring to their experts, I refer to them as slackers. Save your money I will never use this business again. They really ripped me off.
Highly disappointed !!! This company doesn’t deliver what they promise. First they took my money before ever looking at my photos. There was no communication about what could be done with my photos. The end results were no better than my neighbor could do on photoshop. They kept referring to their experts, I refer to them as slackers. Save your money , I will never use this business again. They really ripped me off .

I submitted a badly damaged 1869 photo and within a few days received a truly exceptional restoration. There were cracks and gaps in each of the 7 ancestors, all meticulously restored. Even details on my great great grandmother's purse were addressed. My brother had previously restored a photo of our grandfather. He is an artist who has also taught painting and printmaking classes for decades. He was totally amazed and estimated it would have taken him a week to do a comparable restoration. The quality of the craftsmanship was matched by the exceptionally attentive service. There was an opportunity to review the restoration and fix minor details that went very smoothly with emails going back and forth within hours. We are now shuffling through other photos to send for restoration.

Save your money a random person w no software could have done better than what I received, and I continue to receive them messed up
MemoryCherish did an outstanding job restoring a completely faded color kindergarten portrait of my wife from the late 1950s. They were exceptionally accommodating when we requested a few revisions, as some of the colors needed fine-tuning due to the lack of reference photos. It’s clear that your complete satisfaction is their top priority. I’ve used their services before and will again—they have my highest recommendation for restoring any treasured photos.

I had two pictures that I wanted to be restored. I sent them to Memorycherish and they did such a terrible job. They tried again and the results were even worse. Speaking to someone at Walgreens, she told me about photo groups on Facebook who edit and restore pictures absolutely free.
I was so surprised to see how well the photo of me and my Dad that was taken in the year 1962 was made so clear and perfect. Excellent job!

Dreadful. I chose a head artist to help with an old picture for my mother.
The pictures we got back were comical. It looks like my son did it. I am white British and in the picture I look asian. The colour pallet is completely off. I think the artist and I use the word very lightly was not having a good day. Total waste of money, unless you wish to change the origins of who you are. Looks comical and I hope my mother thinks it's funny that we all look Asian.
