I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WHEN THEY RETURNED OUR 11X14 PHOTO, IT WAS SHIPPED WRAPPED IN REPURPOSED CARDBOARD THAT HAD FOLDS IN IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY, OUR PHOTO CAME BACK TO US IN HORRIBLE CONDITION.

I thought that it would be impossible to recapture details in the "wedding" pic that was done of my parents at a boardwalk shop decades ago. Mom's face had faded to nothingness and her features were nearly invisible. MemoryCherish should be called "MemoryMagic" since this photo was restored to a vivid clarity of detail that amazed me (faces are clear and bright, background is crisp, and they even removed a distracting shadow from the picture.) It is heartwarming to see my parents again in a photo that Mom loved and to now have prints of this photo to share with family members. The quality of the restoration is superb. Equally impressive was the customer service of MemoryCherish. Communication was ongoing and responses to my questions were prompt. The kindness and care that was conveyed by various staff members throughout the process helped me feel that the company recognized the unique value of the picture and would treat it as the heirloom it is. Overall, this was such a positive experience. I am delighted with the results of the restoration and impressed by the very personal touch of MemoryCherish. Great results! Great experience! Great company! You can trust them with your treasures! Amazing!

The Senior Restoration Artist, Mark did an outstanding job in restoring a 45 year old picture of my children that was in bad shape. I also asked if they could be done separately as well and the quality is outstanding. When I had questions, the staff responded quickly. I strongly recommend this company. What they advertise is what they deliver!

I can’t seem to order my picture. The website’s order form doesn’t work.

They have GREAT customer service. I asked for a status update a couple and they gave me the answer within 24 hours.
I had extremely low expectations for the two pictures because they are xerox copies of xerox copies of xerox copies of the originals. The pictures are now presentable enough to be displayed and shared.
I will use their services again in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had two seperate pictures of my Mom and Dad taken during the Korean war, where the met and latter married. I wanted both pictures restored, one was fadded color and the other was black and white. I wanted them combined to make on single portrait. They did a fantastic job, beautiful work.

I appreciate the expertise and artistry applied to the photo from 1970. The original is a small photo printed on a corrugated photo paper. My tabletop photo is perfect and much better and larger than the original. Highest recommendation.

Not worth the money. I spent over $500 to fix 10 pictures. They do not listen to the revisions you want and just hurriedly send you something you didn’t want. I am sorry I ever chose to work with them.
1. I spent $30 to send my old pictures overnight mail but then it took them a week before I received the first picture revisions.
2. I sent the pictures with numbers for ease in communication; however, they did not use a numbering system that helped with communication.
3. I put 3 pictures for revisions that were very specific where to crop, and I received them back just zoomed in.
4. One of my pictures had the background turn dark and it was not something they automatically worked on, seems basic.
5. The revision system has an automated system that is not directly with the photograph revising person which makes it impersonal and open for more mistakes.
6. My sense is the photograph revisers are really busy and don’t take the time to read and understand the changes you want. Mine were done wrong.
7. Struggled with giving clearer instructions so I put each changed picture through separately.
8. The level of quality compared to price charged is way off. I spent over $500 for 10 pictures.

Amazing result from this trustworthy and transparent company. I asked for a much treasured, but very faded photograph of my Mum to be restored and I was truly overwhelmed by the result which came back.
Am definitely going to send more now.

I was devastated to find a special photo of my late son nearly ruined. I found MemoryCherish online and they literally worked magic with just a photo of my picture taken on my phone and returned it to me as perfect as the original! The process was simple and easy, reasonably priced and unbelievably fast. My questions were answered by email with customer service within minutes. I was able to view my restored photo in a day. I am so grateful to them for the gift of this precious picture.

I found an old photo that was very faded. These memories are SO important and cherished, and I was afraid that in another year, the picture would be lost to time. So, I sent it off to MemoryCherish to see if they could restore and re-colorize it. The finished product was simply AMAZING! I can't tell you how wonderful the restored photo looked! It just brought back so many warm and treasured memories.
Thank you so much, MemoryCherish!

I sent them a photo of me that was damaged, they screwed it up four times before offering my money back or a free restoration, it was absolutely terrible, I had my money refunded, I will definitely not be ordering again. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I sent a picture of my mom taken in 1957 where hand was damaged and I wasn't certain if it could be repaired. To my surprise the artist was able to repair it and the picture looks fantastic. Throughout the process, Memory Cherish, kept in touch me with regular updates. I received the finished product within days. Amazing service and quick turn around time. I definitely recommend Memory Cherish.

I lost my only brother to stage four liver cancer, on the 18th of this January. I am 2 years his senior, and I have a sister, 5 yrs my senior, so little Richard (pun intended) was the baby. I learned this year, death doesn't come in sequence. The last three months of his life were surreal. What cancer did to his body, once it metastasized, was unreal. I was determined to be there for him, though. I was determined he wouldn't go through dealing with cancer, or deal with his impending death, alone. I was, however in for a rude awakening. You see, death is solitary. No matter how much I cried, my brother was dying. No matter the visits, the comforting words spoken to him or how many family members gatered around him, my baby brother, my only brother was dying until on January 18th, he died. Devastated doesn't begin to describe what I felt. I've been told your life flashes before your eyes when you experience a life threatening event, but in this situation my brother's life from infancy, to toddler, to our teen years, up through adulthood, flashed before my eyes as he slipped away. I screamed his name and reached for him with no responce. He was gone. His lifeless stare, his mouth slightly open is something I will never forget, and never stop seeing. As our older sister lived in South Carolina, and couldn't return after her visit the week prior, this experience was mine and mine alone. You see cancer has set up residence in my family tree, making it's presence known, until all but a few cousins have had that final dance. In loosing Richard, I only went through the motions of living. I graciously accepted condolences, beautiful cards and flowers, hugs and phone calls, but hadn't noticed the toll his death had taken on me. The look I myself had acquired. I had stopped eating and stopped sleeping. I had lost weight, my skin had begun to hang off my bones and I didn't care. Then came the task of clearing out the house. This was almost as hard as loosing him, as it made his death real and so final. To be in the house without him there, was unbearable. I lost track of how many trips it took to finally clear it out. This is when I came across a photo someone had taken of him when he was a younger, very healthy, very handsome, and a very much alive young man. It was badly faded though. I just had to get it restored. I took it here and there to places that offered the service only to be told the photo was too badly faded to even attempt restoring it. It was like loosing him all over again. Funny how the mind of the broken hearted works. I was reading an article in the newspaper advertisement insert one day, when I came across MemoryCherish. I decided to read the whole article along with the reviews. It seemed easy enough and after being turned down by others, I decided to giveit a try. I took a picture of the faded original and sent it in. I was even given a choice of artists to complete the task. It took a couple of weeks or so, which seemed more like a couple of months. So goes the old adage, a watch pot never boils, to those old enough to know what that means. Finally, through email, the finished product was sent. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I just sat there, still for a minute and stared at a picture perfectly restored. It looked as though I had just taken it. That was a week ago and I'm still in awe. MemoryCherish is worth evey minute I waited and every penny spent to get his photo restored. The service, and the artistic talent, gave my baby brother back to me in a way I can keep him near, forever. I truly, from the bottom of my heart (no longer broken) wish to say, "Thank You".
