MemoryCherish is wonderful! They answered any questions I had and the restored photo is WONDERFUL and perfect! They did a very professional job and I am excited to receive my print in the mail. They also got it done in such a timely manner!

Two of the pictures were good. The third one was horrible. Looked nothing like the original.
Sent in photo and paid for the “museum” quality photo and the full thing was a waste of money. First the quality of touch up was below average and the photo was pretty much was printed at Costco. Nothing different from any other photo. Told them I was disappointed and they said we can do it again so I gave them the corrections and they screwed that up as well. I just said screw it tossed it away and counted it as money lost. Just get the app and do it yourself.

I needed photos for my mother's funeral and found some old and damaged ones. They fixed them up and sent them to me. The photo from the 1950's is beautiful and like new! Another one wasn't ordered properly the first time and when I realized my error they sent it to Walgreens for a quick print out and pick up immediately. The photos are beautiful now. Will definitely use this company again! Thank you so much!

I needed a poor quality photograph of my late wife restoring, I found memory cherish.com on line and gave them a try. The website was easy to use and they kept in touch throughout the whole process. The turn round was excellent and the quality of the restoration outstanding

Cherish Memory is the best restoration company I’ve used, and I’ve dealt with a few. The restoration just completed is the second job I’ve had the good luck to have them handle. Their services rate very highly in every area:
speed, if customer needs it,
re-do if customer wants it,
amiable staff to interact with, but best of all,
impeccable service that yield, I’m sure, among the best restoration in the business. Thanks,
TOLA, MD.

I used Memory Cherish for the first time a month ago and was truly so amazed and pleased with their service, I went through some more of my photos to have them do another one. Their work is amazing and their Customer Service is rates a "WOW" in my book.
I have already recommended it to others and will look though more photos to see if any others need redoing. I highly recommend this business to anyone who has photos they want updated and to have the quality improved. Diane F.

I'm always skeptical when ordering from a company that is new to me, as I have had some bad experiences before. I wanted to have an old photo restored that was faded with frayed edges. I read reviews for different photo restoration companies and the best reviews were from MemoryCherish. I placed my order with them and I was amazed at the quality of my restored photo! They kept me updated throughout the progression with emails, which I really appreciated. I am so very happy with my restored photo and with the staff at MemoryCherish! Definitely worth a 5 star rating!

Don't waste your money. Once they lure you in the price just keeps going up. Quality is a little better, but not worth the money. If I had to do it over again I would go somewhere local. When I texted & called them, having to leave a message because no one answered. I received photos by e-mail. Please do your local option first or have done by a local photographer. I spent over 100.00 for this.
I received my order today and my heart is full.
In the 80s, my grandmother had an aerial photo taken of the family farm. It was a special place to me and that photo, which hung in my parent’s home, has been a reminder of many good times. When my mom passed, the picture came to me and has hung in my home.
I wanted to pass the picture along. The problem, however, was that both my sister and my daughter wanted it. I found your site and ordered a copy. I was sure the copy wouldn’t live up to the original but when I opened that package today, I was so pleased!
It is every bit as good as the original except the new has is restored to the “brightness” of the original which had faded over time.
Great work. Speedy delivery. Consistent and helpful communication during the process!

These folks do great work qualitatively. We asked them to restore what we considered to be absolutely unrestorable pictures (one from the 1800's), torn, faded & ugly. They managed to return the photos to marvelous health for a very modest fee (we checked with others) and with a maximum of customer service, keeping us in the loop at each stage of the process. We are ecstatic!

I had a great experience with Memory Cherish! They restored a 50-year-old picture, and it came out perfect. When I needed another set, and I had a time crunch, they acted swiftly to respond to my concern, and I got the second set immediately. I was extremely impressed and very thankful for their responsiveness. I highly recommend MemoryCherish. Thank you MemoryCherish!

I found a rare photo of my husband's Grandfather which was severely damaged. I believed it was beyond repair. I found Memory Cherish on line and decided to take a chance for the picture's restoration. The price was good and they said that the photo would be ready in 5 days. It was and the results was unbelievable. It looked like a new photo. I gave the grandchildren a copy and all was very happy with their photo. I highly recommend this company!

All I needed was a photo enlarged no damage or restoration work. I was sent a blurry photo and when I reached out to get a resolution, they stated I was sent the proof for approval. Yes and the proof was an 1\8"x1\8 cameo that appeared clear as it was imbedded in an e-mail not an attachment. I did asked to retouch the color, which they did and sent another view. Again the image was clear. Then I received my prints and oh my god, I was so upset! I tried to contact them right away. I was told I could re-purchase the original enlargement order of $67.00 and that they would give me 10% off the new order as a courtesy that they would not charge the additional retouching fee.(I did not have any retouching done) The rep stated because I approved the proof I would not get a refund nor would they send me a clear photo at no charge. I offered to return the blurry as proof of the terrible item, I also sent the attachments in my emails with the photos side by side. I get the same canned responses. “That after consulting the artist” the photo now cannot be enlarged. This was what I paid to have done, and how did the first two proofs come to me as clear? Why was I not contacted if this were the case? Wish I had seen the reviews of this company before I paid a crazy amount to just enlarge a photo. I took the same photo to Walgreens pharmacy and did it myself for $15.00 with no issue. Shameful!!!
Not realizing I tried to use this company in 2020. I had an unsuccessful experience that time also. Although I did receive my money back but it came with no contact no explanation just the refund was issued.
This time it was a gift for my husband of his childhood home. After losing both parents, I hoped this would be the greatest gift I could give him. Not such a stressful experience!!!!
I sent a photo of my parents to be redone as the upper and lower corners of the picture were missing. I have to say I was skeptical of the outcome. I received the proof and was amazed! I literally started crying! The picture was beautiful! My parents have both passed, along with 2 brothers. I'm giving my other two brothers this picture for Christmas. THANK YOU SO MUCH! My brothers will cherish this forever! I will definitely be using them again.

This is the second time I have had an old photo made new. Both times has been extremely well done. I will keep using them as I keep finding old photos.
