I recently purchased a €2700 computer from Memorypc.de, and initially, I was pleased with the smooth ordering process. However, I have encountered an issue with the lack of communication regarding the shipment status.

I received an automated email stating that the expected date of shipment was 22/02/2024. Despite reaching out via email on 12/02/2024 morning to confirm this date, I have yet to receive a response.

I understand that delays can happen, but I'm concerned about the lack of communication. As a customer, clear and timely updates are crucial. I value transparency and would appreciate a response regarding the status of my order.

I've attempted to contact customer support, but unfortunately, I haven't received a reply. I hope to resolve this matter promptly and appreciate any assistance or clarification from the Memorypc.de team.

I look forward to a resolution and hope that this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience.

Update 27/02

Finally I received the package in time and everything is as i ordered. the computer is working perfectly.
I must say i'm impressed with the build quality ! worth the wait.

I made an order on 3.01 and they schedule a shipment date to 15.01.
on 15.01 I call they and the attendant told me I will receive the computer in the next 4 days.
then I receive an email saying the shipment will be postponed for 3 to 5 working days.
on 19.01 they send to DHL and since there I have no update on my delivery and memoryPC tell me I have to wait until 31.01 to start an investigation on DHL (no help from memoryPC).

We are in contact via email, but this dont solve the problem

Computer delivery was clean and on point even though i'm not from Germany. The price was really good and the customisation easy as the site highlights which components are the best with one another

I placed an order on 29/11/2023 but didn't receive any updates and the order hasn't been shipped yet...I called several times to reach the customer service and after 1 hour of waitin they just told me that the PC will be shipped on 21/12/2023 (public holiday in France) and that there is no way to bring the date forward even by one day.. . when I ordered I thought I would receive the PC in 15 days max but 1 month is too much, if I knew I would chose express delivery... the site is good in configuration and price but very bad in terms of customer service and logistics.
and the status did not change , i do not understand how it take 4 weeks to process an order !!!

Excellent company.

Always quick to respond to my queries, both before and after receiving the pc.
The PC itself was delivered, as requested, with the GPU separate. It was easy to affix this.
The PC itself was properly protected for transport with wrapping both in and outside the PC.
The PC itself is excellent. I changed some parts from the original setup, and it was all there and all functioning.

I would highly recommend getting your PC from these guys!

As the title says i would like to emphasize on it again with my order timeline, experience with them and some quick tips for you reader.
Placed the order on 15.10.2023 on a 2800ish Euro order.Received automatic mail on the same day, don't be like me and always check your spam.If you have any questions regarding stuff about your order you might adress them by calling or by email, i chose the latter and they answered in less than 24 hours.(check spam)
Got 01.11.2023 as provisional dispatch day which boggled me because on the website it says 3-7 working days to deliver.(keep reading)
The next update was on 30.10.2023 saying that the pc has entered final production process and everything is going as planned and that they will send my shippment data asap.(AWB/tracking number)
On 03.11.2023 i wrote an email regarding details of the shippment since there were already 2 days(01-02.11.2023) from the supposed dispatch date and i was worried because i got no news.They answered with my tracking number in less than 2 hours.Turns out the shipment left from theyr warehouse/shop on 01.11.2023 and arrived on 07.11.2023 at my shipping adress with DHL.(mind you it was less than 7 working days)
As of 08.11.2023 after stress testing everything i got i can say everything is ok, nothing is questionable or not as indicated. Packaging was ok,expect a huge box since they focus on protecting what s inside.
Considering since i payed on 15.10.2023 and touching the pc on 07.11.2023 3 weeks have passed it marks the point of me making this review because i checked reviews before ordering and all the negatives ones were complaining about this.
All i can say they lacked Patience.

Ordered a 3.6k PC (i9 and a 4090). I was a bit sceptical at the beginning because the prices are very good and some of the reviews are not that positive, but overall everyone is complaining about the delivery time that indeed is quite long (Aprox 3 weeks for me). If you are not in a hurry by the way this is the place to buy your rig. I have received the pc without the graphic card mounted as requested to avoid problems, and i'm testing the pc since 2 weeks and everything is super, performance and temperatures are top notch! I recommend this shop with pleasure, well deserved 5 stars.

Good price and very good pre build from Memory PC. Cable managemement is on point.
But 28 days between the order and the reception of the PC, that's long.
Plus when I first turned the PC on, I had no signal from both my screens. I had to check part by part from the GPU, the RAM etc..
In the end it was a BIOS problem, and worked fine when I did reset the BIOS...not very cool if you're new and don't know much about PC's.

I would recommend Memory PC overall, BUT there are few cons and you'll have to be patient.

Ordered a PC on the 30th September. Was told it would be shipped the 18th October with a tracking number. Have not received the PC nor have I received the link to be able to see if they have sent the PC. I have emailed them several times only to receive automated emails. I've also called their company in Germany from France multiple times only to be on hold and never have the chance to talk to someone because the automated service says "their employees are currently in discussion and try again later ".
This is totally unacceptable

I ordered my computer more than a month ago.
As of yet, I have nothing to show for it.

First the order took three weeks to be processed which is understandable yet long. Then it arrived broken. They sent me a second one through another carrier within three days which is great, but I had the same issue. This time the desktop did not start at all. The products seem great from the outside but they are unable to deliver them in a working state as their third party delivery services just do not care about the products.

I am very disappointed and spent two hours trying to reach customer service before having someone. They are supposed to send me a new/third one but have no information on the state of the order. Maybe I'll receive it one day ...

I bought a 2200€ tower computer with all the last generation of components to keep working it for several years . The Delivery from Germany to France (Bordeaux) took 8 days (Sunday to Monday) with the 60 additional Euros as an option to speed up the computer’s assembly. MS Windows 11 Pro was requested also as an option an was therefore pre-installed. Delivery was good. The computer and the 24’’ screen arrived in good shape.The computer works properly, very silent. I strongly recommend Memory PC for its ratio performance/Price/Quality.

Everything was smooth

PC took a month to arrive which was expected, which was fine. Arrived very well packaged. As I was removing the packaging I noticed cpu fan was disconnected, again no problem reconnected it. Set up the pc just goes to bios, case fans not spinning and operating system does not seem to be installed. Have emailed them 48 hrs ago no response yet. On a side not pc looked great and cable management top quality. Order 501477 thankyou for the response yes you are correct your emails went Into spam folder and you were also correct I did not order windows, I thought I had and it was mentioned on invoice so I was confused maybe don't put a 1 next to windows on invoice to avoid confusion. Also site was in English emails English invoice German. All that aside we have yet to discuss the main issue the fans not working I look forward to your email about that.

Ok problem fixed changed the cable to another system fan connection all is working. To sum up none of the problems can be attributed to memory PC I would assume cpu not being connected etc were due to shipping even though the packaging was amazing. Computer is working, looks great, cable management really good, response was fast to my query all in all good. I would use this company again.

I am very satisfied of my product. I gave only 4 stars for two reasons. First, the computer arrived later than expected.
And second, I chose myself most of the components and Memory PC built the computer following my choice. Some of the parts, such as the hard disk for instance, were automatically included by the manufacturer BUT they did not automatically include a WI-Fi card and did not propose me to select one. So, when I first started my PC, without being able to use an Ethernet cable since I am far from the router, I have been very desappointed because I had no connection. I had to buy a WI-Fi pendrive but I would have prefered finding a WI-Fi card on the mother card.
