My overall experience with Boohoo wasn’t terrible. My order did arrive. It was late, but I did receive it in less than 2 weeks and all of the items that I ordered were there. I would recommend using their size guide/chart. I paid $14.99 for express shipping (3-5) business days and it took almost 2 weeks. There is no customer service phone number anywhere online so I was unable to speak to anyone. The live chat recommended that I use fb messenger or IG for any questions. When I asked about a refund for shipping they told me that I would not receive any refunds for shipping. I wouldn’t order again unless a customer service phone number is created.
