Way to big change in rent, from Winter to Sommer prices.
I have lived in the same appartement in about 5 months, that is nothing special, one bed room, balcony only half a meter deep, appartement 45 square meters.
Winter price 750 Euro per month plus Internet/power.
Sommer price is 1900 Euro per month plus Internet/power.
The special thing is also, I went to pay rent for a month, but a person in the office, did not inform me about the sommer prices - You would like to know that before you say yes to something.
In Denmark (where I come from) It would not be legal.
But when you are in a foreign country, and dont speak the language so well, i guess it is easy to get cheated or robbed, not being able to do something about it.
I talk with a friend in town, who has lived and worked in Fuengirola for 40 years.
He calls it crazy and robbery.
