Fake! Item in shocking condition. Not even in a proper bag, label was cut out inside and the stitching had come undone at the seams. Like previous reviews, no one is answering emails and no return label included. DO NOT USE this company they are scammers!

No update on order, no response to emails. I'll write it off now as my fault for not checking them here first.

Ordered a cashmere cardigan. No update since order made. I’ve emailed them with no reply. It was a lot of money and a gift which I can’t afford to lose. If don’t hear back today then contacting credit card company

It is selling cheap stuff from Alibaba. I have proof of one of their items being an item listed on Alibaba for £3 and they’re selling it for £40! The way they scam you is listing it for a lot of money and when it arrives you are clearly disappointed and they don’t do returns so they offer a 50% discount, you then are made to believe you’re getting a fairly good deal when in fact they are still making a huge profit out of you! All their items are from Alibaba, so do not buy from here!

Something is very wrong! I’ve not received my order and, although said to have been dispatched, I have no Royal Mail Tracking Number, and I cannot trace through Shopify, due to inadequate tracking information. I even paid for shipping protection. I should have sensed something was bizarre and not right!

I’m finding the Company to be not trustworthy. At the moment I’m trying to get a reply from them, so if anything improves, I will edit and review again. I just wish I’d read other reviews before purchasing, but their website looked authentic!

I couldn’t be more disappointed!

I ordered a wallet for my husband that looked great online. I got an offer for a second foldable wallet with thr pop up card holder. The wallet literally has a hole burnt in it... I habe smet numerous emails and pictures requesting a refund and have yet to receive any response. I hope to still get my refund as £76 isn't exactly.n9 money for this rubbish.

Do not use. Scam Chinese site that never delivers or refunds.

These sunglasses are cheap and horrible - the kind that would cost £5 at the seaside - and they took a month to arrive.

Very disappointed

My wife ordered me a laptop bag from this site. Despite their indication that delivery time is 2 to 7 working days it took over 3 weeks for the package to arrive.

The order number and tracking number was not recognised on their site.

Despite the claim on their site that all orders are shipped from their UK warehouse, I eventually worked out the tracking number was from a Chinese logistics firm.

Despite claiming that they aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, a request for information about the status of the order went unanswered.

The bag eventually arrived, but was not what I was expecting (too small). Despite the site claiming a printed return label would be included, there was no such thing.

I will now be attempting to contact them for a return, but I am not expecting to get an answer. [Update - after over a week, still no answer.]

Their claim of having 50000+ satisfied customers (no link to reviews) didn't tally with our order number only being 4 digits long.
