Thieves. These guys well you a suscription « tailor-made », which is basically the one identical for everyone with very basic stuff. Then, then multiply the amount of free subscription to hope you Forget to cancel renewal, and when it hits you go litterally bankrupt (like 100€ for a month by plan !!). Obviously dont expect any refund.
Garbage on the content, and on the support. Highly not recommend

If I could score 0 - I would have done.
An utterly shambolic, fraudulent excuse of a business - who claim to clearly state their terms - but if you sign up through the app (most common option) you aren't even offered T&C's.
They auto renewed in advance of the 4 week (1 month) I had willingly paid for - to trial the quality of the service. I had no intention nor willingness to pay after that 1 month. No sign of a rebill in apple pay, I thought my subscription would lapse efficiently. NO SUCH CHANCE!
An utter shambles and disgrace of customer service then ensued - where they have repeatedly denied sending me their Terms and conditions, refused GDPR compliance requests - and maintain they will not refund the auto renewal which was a staggering 5 times the cost of the first month - JUST for a second month. God forbid they continue to take that each month!
My strong advice would be - simply don't even consider committing let alone a view to their service - and certainly DO NOT sign up - even for just a month - because that's NOT what you're signing up and paying for. In short one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of exchanging with in my life...!

ADVERTISED A RATE OF $39.99 A MONTH THEN CHARGED $105 FOR THE MONTH!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Reply from Menletics
Although the program was descent, Menletics charged me 175€ for services I never endorsed. When I initially subscribed, the charge for one-month was 17.88€, but three week later I realuzed they had charged my card for 88.69€ plus 84.99€! If I was aware of these charges I would never have had subscribed. Unfortunarely, when I contacted Menletics, the repeatedly argued that these charges were set for automatic renewal (now, how can a renewal be 12 times the initial charge escapes my understanding). Please be aware of the hidden clauses and of the fact that Menletics are trying to make fast profits by deceiving pitential customers.

They charge you for what you agree and after that, they charge again five times that under the pretext that somewhere it's written that you agree on a monthly subscription, although in the email they only mentioned the first amount. And they don't want to refund even when the period just started and you claimed the money back as soon as they took it.
Edit after reply from Menletics:
You say that everything was made clear from the start but what you made clear was just the 4 week plan and its price, nothing about any subscription. Plese check the email you've sent to me to confirm the order. And about your help service over email, they only said that this your policy, to make subscription on every order. But you do not inform the customers upfront!! If it's there, you hide it behind a chek box and no order can be placed without.

This online program might suit you, or might not, but be aware that there are T’s & C’s. After your 1-month discounted plan and free 1-on-1 coaching (online text chat!), each renews at US$99.99 per month (so ~$200 for both) if you don’t cancel in time.
Having had this happen I contacted their customer service and to give them credit, they refunded both renewals.

Was easy and simple to access and all needed information on hand

The introductory price is far lower than the actual monthly price of $105.89. This is not advertised. Nor did they send a warning when the trial period ended, and I was charged the 105.89. Reaching out to customer service did not help. They literally said there is nothing they can do, as it is all digitally driven. BS. It's a scam. No one in their right mind would pay $105 a month for a middling workout that delivered zero results for me in 4 weeks, even though it promised it would.

Stay away.
These guys let you sign up and pay for a 4 week subscription only then take you bank details and deduct £77.99 for a year subscription without your knowledge and refuse to give it back. Nothing on the app to show a subscription is going to renew it's buried in their menus and requires a seperate login despite not asking for a renewal. Scam
Update:
Please note each reply is them saying that it's clearly mentioned. It's not as you are having too many people claiming the same thing. No matter you choosing to just do the 4 week plan you are still applying the renewal. You have buried your renewal in places people can't find. Just refund the money you are not owed. .
Anyone reading, do a charge back from your bank. They will get your money back

Fraud transactions happened from their side, auto renewals are activated even if you unchecked the option before purchase and they refuse to refund the money

I am very excited to see my results in the time period I was quoted.

They lure you into a subscription you never give any consent for. So do not even go for trial period you will have a headache getting it sorted out again afterwards.

Didn't know that is is a subscription model. They offered me a discounted price fir first 4 weeks which I took amd I thought it is one off payment. They didn't ask me for direct debit confirmation or anything. And next month, I goy charged 77.99 and they refused to refund.

Scammers so please beware - I initially joined on a fee of £15 which I thought was fair. I have had a notification yesterday that they have taken without my consent a further payment of £77.97. I emailed them to cancel and also a refund and was told they will not refund. I have sent a further email to their support email and surprisingly I have not had a reply when I was quoting my rights as a consumer etc. I have also sent a copy of the email to my solicitor who is going to advise me further and I have also been in touch with my bank as this is fraud. Stay away from this company
