I bought a 4 week program. I scanned all the text and the site for any indications if I was being lured into an expensive subscription. But couldn't find any. The 4 week program was about 10 bucks. How surprised I was when an automatic payment of more than 100 dollars was substracted after 4 weeks. I was even more suprised that this was for the next 4 weeks.... not even for a year.... So I fell for their trap... I should have known better. But now at least, you don't have too.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I did one of their promotional offers for like £16 and it didn’t cost me that it cost me £160 by the time they put their spontaneous renewal through after I cancelled my subscription you can see all of the one star reviews coming through of other people that have been scammed let’s see if they refund us all my guess is not after battling via email to say I cancelled my subscription before the renewal was scheduled, but please please please avoid.

I didn't do any exercises yet. So there's no issue to rate this program yet

Do not under any circumstances use this Company.
They offer you an initial plan for around £15, then after a month they whipped out another £78 (as they had my card details). I asked for a refund on the £78, but they explained that the first payment was a “one off” offer and that I should have read the small print. Another scam set up, which I should have guessed.
I cancelled the subscription and contacted my bank to say under no circumstances should they allow any more money to go this joke of a set up.
They referred to an “app”, but it’s just a website, not an app.
Overall, the whole thing is a scam set up and you can get just as good app’s for free, or workouts on YouTube.
