I ordered a suit for my husband in a 44L which should have come with pants in a 38. My husband always wears a 44L, and a 35 pant preferably. When the suit arrived the shoulders were too narrow and the sleeves were about 2 inches too short, as well as him being unable to button the pants because they were too tight. I emailed them because I firmly believe they sent the incorrect size. Their first suggestion was for me to have it tailored, then suggested I could return it for another size. They were no help when I expressed that I didn't know what size to exchange it for if they were claiming that was a 44L, and every other suit in our closet is a 44L and fit him. They basically just responded that I could exchange if I paid for return shipping, sent them a check for processing and shipping of the new suit. I decided to just order from another retailer, only to find out after the fact they have a 20% restocking fee on returns. This is not mentioned when you go to their website and look up returns. Also, they refunded me an amount less than what should have been refunded. I will be calling the bank and disputing it. Do not buy anything from this place. They do a terrible job and presumably get all their money from charging people for nonsense.

If I could give these people no stars, I would. They are rude, evasive and just unprofessional. I placed a $424 order for suit, shoes and a hat. To make sure I had enough time to have alterations done or if I needed to exchange/refund my order, I paid extra $80 to have it sent out next day air. Mind you, they offered next day shipping free to have received my order in 4 days; this was early morning of the 8th. Early morning the next day, I receive a notification that the order had been shipped, so I’m thinking things are going as planned. But fast forward to the 10th and I’m still only seeing that a label was created with fedex, and I’m given a fedex tracking number. After waiting all day for that status to change and because I was expecting my order on on 10th, I sent them an email about my concern and it’s looking like I paid for a service they weren’t rendering. Oh I forgot to mention, you have to use email because they don’t answer phone calls because they say due to covid and some California mandate, no one works in the office BS. Finally, I get a notification that I wouldn’t receive my order until the 13th, and I’m livid. Then I receive an update saying it would come earlier and would be arriving on the 12th. I never got a reply to my email, but I did get an order delivered on the 11th. However, this order wasn’t my complete order and referenced a tracking number that I wasn’t provided, and it contained the suit. So this place sends me an update saying my order has been delivered as in the full order had been delivered. Still, the tracking number I was provided is still scheduled to arrive on the 12th. So on the 12th an order from them comes in and I’m thinking it’s the rest of my order. Nah…not with their people. In this package, I only receive the shoes, and I’m still missing the fedora hat I ordered. So I write them another email demanding full refund for the shipping I paid for and requesting the status of the items still missing from my order and reference the first email I sent that they still have yet to contact me about. Yep you got it, I’m really livid. On my package, there is a number on it (18887848872) for the shipping department. So I said let me call that and see if I can talk to someone. I did speak with someone after a series of prompts but she was almost useless. She first told me to call customer service as she was only in shipping then she said email them. I told her I sent 2. She tells me they normally take 24-48 hours to respond. I tell her it’s been 4 days since my first email with no response. I ask since this is shipping if I had another package being sent since I never received my complete order. She said I have one due to be delivered on Friday, 13th. I ask her for that tracking number because i was never given it. I’m like this is really some BS. After I hung up with her, I decided to call back because I wanted to ask her what kind of shipping was used for my order. So I called back and asked. She tells me that they used ground standard. So I ask why wasn’t next day air used since I paid for it. She tells me that next day air was used on the first label but my order had multiple packages. Im taking everything in she said so I didn’t respond right away. This woman asked me if what she said is comprehensible. Im like hold up lady. I asked you a shipping question and you respond like this. She says she cannot help me as I have to email customer service. I’m like I’m asking you a shipping related question, this is a shipping question, you have not given a logical explanation why my whole order was not shipped next day air and the fact remains none of my order was shipped next day air and I’m still waiting on items. I said is this comprehensible to your before I hung up. So I called the same number back and try to speak to someone in returns/exchange just to find out that no one answers as it is a recording. At the end of the recording, the guy says if no one calls you back in 24-48 hours to call back. This is a never ending loop of no accountability and bad customer service. I wish I had come here before I conducted business with them. They are horrible and unreachable. I don’t know how 6% of the reviews here gave them 4/5 stars. But I can attest to why they have 94% 1 star. If I could give them 0 or negative stars, I would. Absolutely horrible and definitely one of the worst customer experiences I ever had.

Wish I saw these reviews before ordering from this SHAM of a company. Ordered a tux on 9/20/23. Received an email on 9/22/23 stating that they couldn’t ship my tux because they found “damage” on it. My immediate response was, can’t you just get another one and ship it or is that the only one you have in stock? I received a response stating that I had to select another tux because they didn’t have anymore of the one I wanted. Found that strange since they’re supposed to be this huge company. Red flag number 1. Responded to the email with a new option and didn’t get a response back from them until 2 days later stating that they would ship the new tux I selected. Waited until 10/2/23 to allow shipping from CA to TN. Emailed the company twice on 10/2/23 asking for an update, no response. Emailed again on 10/3/23, stating that I needed a response by 5pm CST, no response. Googled these reviews and was shocked to see so many negative reviews about this FARCE of a company. Called the phone number listed in the email and got a recording about their customer service working from home, due to “covid” and the only way to contact them is via email. Red flag number 2. At 9pm CST, I checked my email to see if they responded and they had not. I then contacted my bank to dispute the charge and emailed the company stating that I had been reaching out to no avail and that they were a fraud and I reported them to my bank, the BBB and to the California Attorney General’s office for fraud. I kid you not, I received 2 emails, IMMEDIATELY, stating that they were going to refund my money. No apology or sorry, for your experience, how can we right this for you and keep you as a customer? NONE OF THAT!!!! The email just say REFUNDED. Red flag number 3. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, AT ALL!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM, FARCE AND FRAUD!!!!

I ordered a jacket for my son's homecoming, only to find out my husband had already found one. I cancelled the order within 40 minutes of placing the order. 20 minutes after cancelling the order, they send an email that says, "on the way"! How convenient for them to send an email stating on the way after cancelling the order. In trying to cancel the order, I noticed there was nothing about cancelling an order, so I googled it and had to hunt down the information. They had a non-useable phone number that has COVID protocol,( ie, not available to answer any calls) how freaking inconvenient! They have reached out offering everything except a refund!!!! Please beware of these scammers! I can't understand how these people remain in business!!! I have contacted my banking institution!!!! Next, the Better Business Bureau!!!!!

BEWARE - Don't Trust
Nice clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a shirt along with my tuxedo and they sent the wrong one. It arrived almost 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent out the correct shirt, even though I told them the day it arrived and explained I had an event yesterday.
They will only communicate through email and via anonymous names with J# as the indicator (eg J21). I have repeatedly asked for a status or expected date and each time they keep trying to convince me to just keep the shirt I sent and they'll rebate $ back to my credit card. I don't want the damn ruffled shirt. I ordered the plain front shirt.
No one can tell me anything. They can't admit the shirt is out of stock, backlogged, no longer available.. NOTHING. Just keep offering a rebate. Like robots.
Again, nice clothes... but make damn well sure whatever you order is correct and delivered. You'll more than likely be out of luck if there's even a tiny error. There is no HUMAN side to this business. All keyboards and emails. JUST BEWARE!

I've ordered 2 dinner jackets. Received 2 jackets, 2 vests, 2 pants and 2 bowties and none of them were what I ordered. When I asked how to return and get refund, they always came back with x amount of discount to keep the products that I didn't order. They have zero accountability for their mistake. Countless emails and back, ZERO resolution. I would not trust them with anything.

The suit was size was 4-6 sizes larger than the rest of the 44Ls I have. When I contacted customer service, there were no niceties or basics for customer service. The rep was rude and just started the first message by saying there are shipping fees for returns and exchanges. So I have to pay for the shipping to them AND for the exchange. What kind of BS is that?!
Favorable outcome after brief panic
I received the Toby Maguire Gatsby suit in record time. Ordered on a Sat Eve, arrived the next Wednesday (LA to Tucson).
I was concerned all day Monday (sent an e-mail that night) and Tuesday morning that its FedEx status was "label printed" but not picked up.
Then I read these terrible reviews and called them and got the seemingly dated "nobody is here/COVID" recording.
I was relived late Tuesday afternoon when I got a response from MTUSA, although they just gave me the tracking number again. But then when I looked it up it was "arrived in Phoenix to be delivered Wednesday mid day"
And so it was. Nice fit, spot-on herringbone, good approximate color. Design exactly as in picture, except it doesn't have the wide lapels.

100 percent scam site. No customer service. They send you apparently whatever they have too much of so that you can pay to send it back. And pay extra to get what you actually ordered. Still hiding behind Covid rules in California to provide terrible customer service. Can't get anyone by phone and apparently they mail once a day. I can understand at least a little they are probably buried.

I ordered a tux for husband. They sent a completely different tux than what I ordered. They said to send it back and I would be charged a restocking fee. I told them I was not going to pay for shipping to get to me and then shipping for me to return it and restocking fee. I have paid an extra 55 dollars to get to them and have it restocked. This was their mistake and they refuse to make it right. You can never talk to anyone and the people the answer the emails are rude and unhelpful. I will be disputing this with my bank. Do not buy from them. It is a scam!’

This company is what gives online shopping such outrageous ratings. If I could rate them a -0 I would. I ordered a black sequin tuxedo jacket and received wrong style and size. Phone number was no good due to the pandemic as an excuse for not answering. Sent a boat load of emails without any corresponds. Try to return for a refund and kept getting a notification "something went wrong"! Finally received an email asking do you want to reorder, asked for a refund with no communication after that. Found their return/refund policy which states a return comes with a 20% restocking fee. QUESTION: Why should I pay for restocking when it is a company error. Thanks to the customer who gave solution of charges of fraud (exactly what they are). I will be doing the same thing. I didn't receive a packing slip with my order, had to make my own for return plus $28 plus for return shipping. This is total nonsense and foolishness. I am reporting this to the BBB where I live and CA.

Tux description does not reflect the suit!
The Don Johnson Miami Vice White Suit Costume was described as the pants being adjustable 4 inches in or 2 inches out. The adjustment required a TAILOR, an important detail not mentioned in the description. The description also neglected to mention the pants were not finished and needed to be hemmed. Again, an assumption on Menstuxedousa's part that everyone should know that that would be the case.

ordered a tux online, no mention it was as slim cut, ordered a 44R because my 43R tux at home fits perfect, but I couldn't button the jacket and the pants were ridiculous short in the rise and tight, so I sent it back and they said they sent a regular cut , the jacket fits fine, but again the pants are extremely short in the crotch and not on my waist, just keeping this one and will order some black tux pants from someone else, I never had trouble ordering tuxes online before, I wear them frequently
